Shockingly good for the price. Fresh tortillas!
Very nice place. Great food and great service.
Excellent find!!! Just a bit off the interstate which makes it a hidden gem!! Food was hot, flavorful and authentic!
Greeter was super friendly and had a great sense of humor! The waitress was friendly service was great! Food was GREAT!
This place is great. Great food, bhyge portions and outstanding service!
Service was great and the food was great too. They had no problem accommodating our group of 9 ladies. Restroom was clean and roomy.
Ay de mi! Que bueno! I spent the night in Monteagle, and wanted to try out Mi Casa. So glad I did! The waitstaff were both patient and helpful with my very rusty Spanish, and the food was exactamente what I wanted! The strawberry margarita was the first I've ever had that actually tasted like a traditional margarita with strawberry mixed in. Magnifico! I'm 68 and used to live near Denver, so that should say a fair amount about my margarita experience ... (I think...)
Horrible service took at least 2 hours to get our food and there wasn't a hole lot people there. It took almost 30 minutes to get drinks and chips and salsa then at the hour mark they finally took are orders for food I will not go back.

Excellent quality food. I got the California Steak Burrito and LOVED it. Price was reasonable, too. Absolutely no complaints at all. First rate, highly recommended.

The service was great! Chips & Salsa were great!! Traveling from Houston to the Smokey Mountaims, we stopped in Monteagle for the night. Decided to eat at Mi Casa. The enchiladas red sauce could have been used for spaghetti sauce and did not belong on them, IMO. That being said, the enchiladas were great, the sauce was not good, wish I would have went with the cheese sauce. I would go back but would not use the red sauce. Did I mention the chips & salsa were top notch!

Restaurantji Recommends
Host (blonde) yelled at me for getting in line when we came in, then when she sat us she just said “follow me” no greeting, then she brings us a cheese dip before our server (who was nice, brunette) takes our order and says “did she tell you we’re out of beans” ??? -1000 aura for host, wasted our time and was rude in the process (we left)

Unfortunately, my friends and I only eat here a couple times a year when we go to Bonnaroo. I frequent the Sewanee area often during summer and fall, but rarely venture out towards Monteagle for dining. This Mexican establishment serves an array of dishes that are quite good. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and outgoing. The salsa is amazing! Overall, in the area there aren’t any Mexican restaurants so this place serves quite well.
