Ordered Two pizzas and cheese stick over an hour before i came to pick it up, proceeded to tell me in a very condescending voice that people are ahead of me and it’ll be another 15 minutes. i tried to avoid that by ordering ahead and yet still have to wait 15 minutes on top of terrible service. Very disappointed with the managers, the previous management would have never let that happen.

Had just served a bus of students and coaches and understand there would be some chaos. So was going to be an hour to 90 minutes for the order... but as I waited I kept seeing the store really needs some love and attention to some cleaning details. None of the TVs worked for the football game that was on, watched another guest pound the lid of a parmesan shaker on a table next to his to get the cheese to come out, listening to the staff keep telling each other what they were out of, phone just ringing and no one to answer, drink station that really needed a good scrubbing , many items were not from the business they had just done but deferred cleaning or maintainance. Cancelled the order and wound up going up the street. So didn't get to try the food. Waiting to see if the charge falls off..

With no dine-in's left in our area, we visit this Pizza Hut from Chattanooga and it's always great food and great service. Everyone is friendly and makes sure your food is prepared properly. The food is sooo much better than the ones in Chattanooga.

We came in on our way back from a road trip, and it had been a while since we’d had Pizza Hut, so we went there. The server was giving disgusting looks to customers, being very judgmental, and gave us a hard time when seating us. We ordered our food, and the pizza was just okay—it could have been better. You know, it’s Pizza Hut, so this one was fine, but that server made it one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had to deal with. It’s disgusting to act that way toward customers. They should fire that server. I feel bad for the employees in the back who have to deal with a middle-aged lady who shows no respect. Never again.

Management doesn’t like to make pizza. Told us in the drivethru window we had to call to order a pizza. Turns out the phone line wasn’t accepting calls. 30mins before closing.

The food was amazing but the server was unfriendly took our order gave us drinks and that's it. The little girl cooking brought our food to the table . The other lady our supposed server didn't do anything check on us or bring the food even. As I was leaving she says oh did you get your food yet? Yeah no thanks to you . Food great cooks service top notch the server was horrible.

Our order arrived after the only other people in the place that placed order way after we did. Server was not nice or professional. Plastic utensils. Can’t get pizza out of box cause it was not cut into when it was gave to us can’t cut it with plastic utensils. Will never come back to this location!!!!
