Every time I'm in Monterey I go to this restaurant. Excellent food, great folks.

The food was fabulous. Best Alambre I've ever had. Service was great.

Food was good. We had 3 people at our table, yet we were not all served at the same time. Our waiter brought 2 entrees to our table, along with one entree for a nearby table. Then came back with the other 4 entrees for the nearby table. After a few minutes, he brought my entrees.

My only real complaint is that there is no where to stand while waiting for a table, without crowding guests who are already seated and enjoying their meal. They need to do some redesigning to account for this, especially on hot or rainy days.

Just passing through Monterey and stopped here. Wow! Excellent in every way--chips, entrees, and the Margaritas. Bargain prices. And great service by Domingo. Will make this a must-stop in the future for sure.

Went here while attending the Watermelon festival in Monterey and I ordered a watermelon margarita 🍹 that they were advertising and they didn't even have a watermelon garnish on it ! While we were there I watched a young girl of 17 years old making a batch of margaritas in a big jug ,as a person who was F&B for over 15 years I was absolutely dumbfounded as she added orange a picture of orange juice, not actually used in a traditional margarita, hardly any sweet and sour mix and then she added 3 full picture's of WATER 💧!!! So I got my bill and the margaritas were $10.00 a piece and a dollar extra for the watermelon flaver!, that were water down, wow I couldn't believe it! So they have minor making drinks as well 🤔 🙄 not sure if that's legal! But I definitely don't recommend this place at all! Obviously the owners are super cheap and overpriced!!! What a shame for Monterey!

Do not make changes to any of the food. I had them add cheese and tomato to my tacos and it cost me $9.00 per a taco. Rip off. Will never come back. Ridiculous. If your looking for a good mexican restaurant go to Lacosta in crossville!!!

Honestly, really no complaints. The food was absolutely amazing. The tacos were next level. The service was great. Our waiter was amazing helping us out and it’s in a super cool part of town would definitely recommend we will be going back if we’re traveling through this way again.

This was an excellent experience. The only drawback is most of the parking in the area is parallel parking. Some people are parallel parking challenged, like me. But that's not what I'm supposed to be commenting on. The service was excellent. It's a nice relaxing atmosphere. The food was outstanding. Not only that it was prepared quickly. I had tacos and a friend of mine had the carne asada. Neither of us could think of anything that would improve what was served us. It was excellent. It's not all that far off of the interstate if you care to have some great Mexican food as you go through the area.

Not much to do in Monterey, but if you're hungry, ABSOLUTELY check out this location!!

Food is always amazing, their fried ice cream & Sopapillas are heaven. The horchata is delicious & staff is friendly. My friend says they have amazing Margherita as well! They are my favorite Mexican restaurant around the area!
