Walked in and no one greeted or seated us. We chose a table and waited. Person at the register on their phone looked up after a while, made eye contact then back to their phone. I said to my wife let's go look for a restaurant. We Walked out.
update, my apologies. I thought this was a restaurant. it's been explained this is more of a self service beer bar. some signage might be useful or an employee explaining would work.

Can't say enough about the 1907 crew and this place, in general. The staff is amazing. The beer is amazing. The entertainment is amazing. Not having to drive to Knoxville just to have another place to have a beer and see some good music is much appreciated.

Just a great place to chill, watch a band, watch a game....whatever is going on. Marigold Thieves there tonight and rocked the packed house. Great beer/cider selection with a food truck out back. A lot of work has been put into this turn of the last century building..and all staff are just great people. Come on down....1-6-24: Andy Liter and the Lite Beers rocked the Roosevelt Room last night. Great area for bands, parties, wedding receptions. Awesome historical Coca-Cola advertisement.

If I could say one negative thing about this place it would be that they're located too far from where I live. Since they really can't help where I live I won't hold that against them. This is the most perfect little brewery I've ever been to, and I've been to a bunch. Excellent beer, fantastic staff, great decor and absurdly high level of clean, including the restrooms. 100% recommend and 100% will be back.

OK everybody me and my wife visited 1907 brewery company in Morristown Tennessee Saturday. This is a very cool place. It has a lot of potential the beer prices are very reasonable me personally I think this place would do so much better if they had some sort of like bar pub food and maybe they do have rooms and a couple of corners that they could set a little stage and have somebody play guitar and sing on the weekends or on Friday nights or certain nights This place would be a gold mine. It needs a little help but it can be a cool place to go and just have a good time but they do have an arrangement with another shop down the road that makes Panini’s I’ll do a separate review on this place, but the Panini‘s were absolutely wonderful and they deliver it to the brewery I gave it five stars because of the atmosphere. It is a really nice looking place clean very clean bathrooms are gorgeous. They spent a lot to do this place now they need some type of pub food and some entertainment to draw people in when we were in there there was only four other people in the place besides me and my wife that means six this could be a gold mine, we will be back the beers are wonderful IPAs number 19 20 and 21 we like the best sorry I don’t remember the names of those beers another problem we saw was parking but you can find it may have to walk a block or two but it’s worth it. It’s a cool place you need to try it like I said we will be back.
