We've been going to 1907 on and off since they opened, and now Chivo Mexican food truck is there on Wednesday night. It's like a perfect combination and a good reason for us to go once a week. This is a very cool place with great beer and a great vibe. They normally have a food truck each night they're open, and they post the schedule on their FB page and website. My go-to brew is Downtown Brown ale. They have a lot of craft beer and a few ciders at all times, whatever your taste is, chances are they will have it. I'm waiting for them to tap a Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale keg. If you download the Untapped app, you will be notified of new kegs. Make sure to check out 1907 Brewing Company in historic Downtown Morristown. You won't regret it.

Leslie was over the top, helpful and accommodating, especially during our little emergencies. I can’t say enough good things! The evening was so much fun! Not to mention, it was affordable as well. If you’re gonna book an event for a reception, shower, birthday party; you name it, this is a great place to book. Y’all get five stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Walked in and no one greeted or seated us. We chose a table and waited. Person at the register on their phone looked up after a while, made eye contact then back to their phone. I said to my wife let's go look for a restaurant. We Walked out.
update, my apologies. I thought this was a restaurant. it's been explained this is more of a self service beer bar. some signage might be useful or an employee explaining would work.
