Im from Morristown and have tried so many times to eat here . Have called all throughout the week and never get anyone to pick up the phone. I dont know how they're still able to pay their bills if theyre never open .. I have seen many other comments the same . What days are u actually open???

Seems like they are never open when supposed to be. Not sure if they don't like customers or what. Tried placing order on a Saturday during football season and no answer. Not the first time this has happened. The food is great but not being open or answering phones is a poor way to run a business.
Not only did I call and call and call just for somebody to pick up and then hang up. When I got to the shop the hours say they closed at 8 o’clock and it is currently 619 and I walk in and he tells me well we’re not busy enough so we’re gonna close. Not very good customer service.

Their pizza is the closest you'll get to a NY-style, thin, foldable crust and is quite good, but I've only been able to enjoy it once because, good golly, they never seem to be open! No hours posted on the door either. Frustrating.

real Pizza
Evidently this place is still open. About two months ago I tried calling several weekends in a row and nobody answers the phone. I swear they absolutely refuse to answer the phone. I've never seen a small company struggling for business refuse so many customers. It's so bizarre. I literally thought they were out of business. I just tried calling again and the phone rings and rings and rings. Lol they claim takeout until 10 pm but refuse to answer the phone. The last time I got someone to answer was a long time ago and they ended up closing an hour early that night because business was too slow. Hmm, I wonder why?

Here at 12:30 on a Saturday to pick up an online order. No one home. No option online for a refund either…. We love their food. I get it that you’re a family owned business and can close whenever you want. At least shut down your third party ordering though if you’re gonna do that.
Edit: Did eventually receive a refund from Slice. Still a little annoying that I drove 20 minutes each way from White Pine. Lesson here is call this place to make sure they are actually open before you waste some time driving there

We tried calling for 30 minutes straight. They would pick up the phone and hang it up. Like I said, we tried for 30 min. to get through with no luck. Oh well….. lost our business

I’ll preface this as such- Any time I’ve gone, their food is amazing. But there are so many times we’ll go for dinner about 6pm on a Friday and they’ll already be closed… on a Friday. Their hours are inconsistent so don’t make any real plans to go eat there or you’ll prob be disappointed. I called today to verify if they are open and when they close and they simply said “well we can’t tell you that- we aren’t just gonna sit here and stare at each other for hours”. I found that to be extremely off-putting, and it makes me not want to go back even with as much as I love their food.

Really Good, Brick oven pizza!!!! BUT, THEY'RE NEVER OPEN!!!!! Its 6:30pm on a Friday and they,re closed???? I think everytime I go they're closed and every time i call they dont answer! I walked in the other day and asked for a Sicilian and they told me it takes 4-6 hours to make?? What? This place really needs to get it together!
