I’ve worked in customer service for over 9 years and enjoy the occasional fast food pickup. I went to this Arby’s 11/7/2025 and had an amazing experience! I went though the drive thru and the worker who took my order and payment was amazing! I wish I would have gotten her name! She was so incredibly kind and quick! 10/10 believe people need to look to her for service! I’ve only been to this Arby’s a handful of times but every time I have come it’s always been amazing food and customer service!

The food is good but a little more than I like to pay for sandwiches. Mozzarella sticks was a little extra crunchy and my daughter wouldn't eat them but over all the food is good and hot when served.

The Arby’s near the mall did an outstanding job today! The burger was delicious — one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The customer service is always top notch. Friendly staff and fast service. Keep up the great work
