They missed an item from my order. I didn't realize until I got home and was ready to eat. I called them and let them know and I would be back in 5 minutes, because they forgot my mozzarella sticks. Anyways. They made it right and even offered to remake my order (i declined because my food was still warm). They were professionally about it and I appreciate it. I believe the Manager's name is either Nedal or Nadier. Nice gentleman

i feel like the energy here is very hostile. I could tell they were short staffed (which the employee at the window later confirmed) and i understand how stressful that can be, but what made the service at almosphere so displeasing was the employee at the window yelling at another employee (both through the headset and so loud i could hear her through the window) and the fact that i waited in the drive thru a total of 19 minutes. The food was in fact fresh when i got it, and I do give them grace for their short staffing, but i almost wish i would’ve known it was gonna take near 20 minutes before i ordered so i could’ve gone somewhere faster. In all, the level of professionalism is lacking in this establishment, and i know, it’s arby’s lol at least they aren’t nodding off like at subway, but still.

I've always liked Arbys...but I got a shock this past Friday..I drove by and ordered a regular roast beef and parked in the parking lot to eat..I had ate about half when I discovered something hard in my mouth..my first instinct was, a piece if glass...no , it was a penny..a nasty penny at that..I couldn't spit eneough after I realized what I had in my mouth..I took it in and the mgr gave me a refund..but had no idea how a penny was in the sandwich..this was such a gross experience.. It could have been very hazardous to a child..

The food was probably the best I've had at Arby's. I used the mobile app to place an order and had four sliders, two small curly fries, and a six piece mozzarella stick. It took a few minutes to get the food, but it was worth it. The lobby wasn't too busy, so I wasn't sure what took so long. When I got the food, I knew exactly why! It was the freshest food I've ever had from a fast food place. So hot that I had to wait a few minutes to even take a bite. Very pleased with everything here. The crew here is obviously doing something right.
The Morristown, Tennessee location on West Morris Blvd NEVER has cherry turnovers. I’ve ordered them over and over and they’re always out and then say it will be 30 minutes to make one. This is so ridiculous. It’s 7:00pm and they’ve already cleaned the appliance that makes them obviously. The owner needs to know this happens every single evening from 5:00pm forward.

I have a meat allergy and upon request the staff made sure to provide me with a delicious meal free of cross contamination to the meats I'm allergic to. Very appreciative of the great customer service.
They are super loud and use profanity constantly while they’re working. Food was good but I had small kids.
