Service and atmosphere I’m not sure but I ordered the smokehouse brisket combo with curly fries. They gave me regular fries and food that, coming from someone in the food industry, should have still been warm when it arrived given how quickly it got here. This is only my first problem though. I’ve ordered from here before and my food is usually always right and fresh

They did not have any mustard of any kind & said their slicer was torn up and could not shave the roast beef. This is the second time we were told that months ago. The fries was soggy and cold. They did not cut the market fresh sandwich in half like they usually do. Charged me for meals and I only got the sandwiches. Our meal was almost $40 for a regular roast beef, market fresh sandwich (had onions and I said no onions twice) & a hamburger. No meals but was charged for meals. Can’t believe they had NO mustard and No Arby’s sauce !!!!!!!!! No going back there. I used to eat there often and now it’s not worth the money !!!!

Went and ordered two #2 combos one being a classic with curly fries and rootbeer to drink. The other being a double with curly fries and a dr. Pepper to drink . I got a coke instead of dr.pepper and both orders of fries of curly fries were ice cold. Once I got home a tried to call several times inform of the discrepancies in my order. Couldn't get anyone answer the phone
