I came through the drive through at approximately 10:36pm Wednesday April 3rd 2024 what I assume is Aubrey (stated on the receipt) took our order and I don’t even know where to start she was extremely rude to us. It was very hard to hear the speaker and hard to see the menu for us and we had some questions in to which she stated the following answers but we still couldn’t hear so we asked if it had something in it and she answered “I just told you what came on it” and when we pulled up to the window she was very snippy. Mostve the food tasted cold/ room temp. I feel as if she could’ve atleast been nicer to us.

Slow service order never correct quantities suck, hardly any fries, sandwich very small more bread than meat for them to advertise we have the meat they must not have each time I went. Cold old hard fries

I placed an online order, and forgot my 2yr old grandsons mozzarella sticks, so I placed another and then I had to call the store because I chose ASAP for the pickup time. A man answered and I told him that it goes with my other order that was to be picked up at 6:30pm. After picking up my order and NOT receiving the cheese sticks, I called back and a girl answered and was rude and unprofessional! Not someone that should be working with the public. After she verified that the mozzarella sticks were the counter, and after I explained that I live in Bean Station (which is about 15 miles from the restaurant) and couldn’t come back to get them, she disrespectfully repeated herself saying that they were on the counter, I finally told her to have a good night and she just hung up the phone. Not a good representative of the Arby’s brand!

After being asked to pull forward, I got my food and checked the bag and items were missing. I ordered two large orders of cheese sticks and they gave me only TWO sticks in a small box.Drove back around and told them. Had to pull forward again!!So when I finally got home the food was cold and the buns were soggy.Also, the girl at the window looked and talked like she was high as a kite.I will not be going back.

Twice in two days they got our orders wrong. Stuff missing or just wrong. 2 stars because they fixed it eventually.What's funny is the manager recognized me the second time and hid in the back lol. Stop goofing off and focus on your jobs.

Great new place to get my Rueben fix. The curly fries and a side of cheddar are the absolute best. Good food. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend stopping here.
