Aubrey's Morristown

It’s a beautiful restaurant. I thought it strange that they had banners hanging advertising brands that they used like Hormel, until they brought out a bowl of Hormel chili warmed up straight out of the can! For a nice restaurant like this would they not think homemade chili would be better?
Then we tried their white chicken chili it wasn’t much better either. Sad to say don’t order soup here everything else was ok.

Food has gone downhill. A certain bartender has been incredibly rude to us the last few visits.

Not vegetarian or vegan friendly. I asked if the price could be adjusted down for the salad if the meat was removed. This was something I always ask at restaurants and I am nearly always accommodated. But not at Aubrey's. So I just paid my $16 for my four vegetables and hoped that none of it was made with chicken stock. They don't even have a veggie burger. The waitress could have checked, and maybe they do have a different policy, but I won't be going back to find out

Every part of this experience was good but there was room for improvement. Service was good but there was a large party nearby and that group consumed more attention than any other table in the area. While there is a level of expectation this would happen, a manager should recognize this fact and adjust accordingly rather than standing up near the wait station starting off into space while appearing to be looking around the room. giving the appearance to anyone not truly paying attention that he was in control of the shift.

The food was not as hot as we felt it should be upon arrival. The mashed potatoes had a slight skin as if they'd sat on the pass for a bit before being delivered. Again, likely a by-product of the bigger party coming first.

The server was courteous and attentive when we had her attention.

Will we return? Yes, but if the experience isn't different, the next time might be the last time.

The Patty Melt was juicy and flavorful. The Cheddar Broccoli soup is good but it was served luke warm.

Elizabeth was our server she did an amazing job! Customer service was great! The food was also amazing! Kudos to the cooks ! Definitely come back and tell others this is an amazing place to eat.

We've been loyal customers of Aubrey's in Maryville first and then this location since they first opened at both locations. When I order the Catfish plate to go I always ask the Bartender to leave the catfish container open so the fish stays crunchy since it's not steaming up under the lid and being drenched in that steamy water. The bartender always takes excellent care of my order and it shows in the quality and the excellent flavors the cooks and staff are famous for. I've been very lucky to get to know my local Aubrey's crew as a local customer and I always make sure to tip my servers and bartenders very well for that service. You all deserve this praise PLUS a raise for the care you show to me and my family when we do come in to eat or get it to go. Thanks Aubrey's in Morristown and Maryville TN !!

I came here with a party of 5, no high chair offered from host for my 1 1/2 year old, no side plates for appetizer nachos and no bread offered prior to, I would not order what I ordered, salmon tacos- they smelled like fishy fish over loaded with pico, the bacon and bean soup tasted like it was fresh count of a can with beans that were not cooked, kids Mac and cheese and chicken fingers were good, fries were good. Manager never came out and asked if everything was ok.

I love eating outside here!

My first time here was awful. We sat 30 minutes and no one waited on us, table next to us had server who didn't even say a word when I asked if we could have a menu. This was at 2pm, had employees taking care of tables that came in after us, employees standing around and I vowed to boycott. For over a year i refused to eat there. One day i decided one more chance. That day I was given great service and the salad with salmon was perfectly prepared and I have been back 3 times now. I hope it stays this way! Now it's on our list of places we meet friends to eat.
