We love Aubrey’s and this the first experience we had that wasn’t “up to par”. We got sat in the bar area at a booth that wasn’t so bad it wasn’t crowded or too loud, food was excellent as always but the waitress was slow, I asked for some bread which never showed up, she had only 4 tables to wait and the table beside of us had to ask for their ticket twice. The bartender told them “they sent someone to find her”. When she did return she stopped a the loudest table...
I’ve been here twice in the last two months for prime rib. Both visits around 5 or 6 pm. I ordered prime rib medium rare. Each time it was grossly overcooked. Medium well at best. They need new food preparation personnel and likely a new manager who delivered the dried out meat and said here is your medium rare prime rib. Very disappointing…. I won’t revisit this store. I was here last year all summer as well as this one and my food was served as ordered pink juicy and delicious....
