Just wow. Amazing food!!! Al is a great guy who’s always in an infectious great mood. He puts his heart and soul into his food and will never serve it if he wouldn’t eat it!! That says a lot for a food place! He does catering for groups big or small. Not in the mood to cook? That’s ok, do what I do, just swing by and grab dinner for you or your family!

Hidden Gem on Wheels!

I had Mac and cheese Barbecue and Tennessee Tea from their mobile setup, and I was blown away! The barbecue was juicy, smoky, and packed with flavor — you can tell they take pride in their meat. The portion sizes were generous too. Will make two meals out of this!

Big Al catered lunch for Quality Waste employees. He was prompt and the food was great. I highly recommend them for any catering event. Thank you for your help!

Got the bbq sandwich Mac and tea for $15 it was all delicious and a great value!

The food was Great and the tea with piña colada flavor was amazing.

Had some lunch at Big Al’s BBQ today. Husband and I both got his new flavored tea. It was unbelievably delicious!!! Food was good as always too!

The food is excellent . Today tried the sweet tea and Pina Colada Tea. Both of them were excellent. Highly recommend trying Pina Colada .

The food hit the spot! We had the pulled pork sandwiches and tried the street corn, it was amazing!

I would give Big Al and his crew 10 stars if I could. We hired Big Al to bring his food truck to my daughter's wedding in Cosby, TN on Sat. Feb 22. From our first interaction on the phone a month prior to a couple more calls finalizing the menu Big Al was always available. A lot of times when you talk with businesses it seems you are bothing them, but the conversations with Big Al were completely the opposite. The food was awesome and I've been in text and phone call contact with people at the wedding and everyohe has commented on how great the food was. Big Al went way above and beyond in helping with table and chairs I needed and was at our venue on the river in Cosby right on time. I can say you will not worry one bit if you choose to have Big Al cater an event or have him bring his food truck/trailer. Awesome Awesome experience. We will be back to visit as we have family there and I already told Big Al I'd like to check in and visit when we come up. Thank you for making the meal something that I didn't have to worry about!!
