One sandwich was undercooked and cold. Other sandwich was overcooked and hard to eat. Fries were greasy. Staff was friendly.

Got a family size mac and cheese today because I need something soft to eat after having a tooth pulled. Wasn’t expecting to find a sticker from the line in it. That’s always a nice little surprise. Just avoid this one all together. Was at the drive thru around 5:30-5:50. The guy taking our order was super nice.

We had breakfast. The gravy was pretty good. My sister enjoyed her sausage biscuit. Service was excellent with our first cashier. That cashier had gone on break when I went back to order a sweet potato pie. After I stood there a while even though she was on break she came and took my order because the person covering for her was ignoring me

Honestly really annoyed food was alright but I ordered a thigh and leg meal and got two thighs instead and they nearly forgot my extra family side of mash potatoes and when I looked in the bag there was gravy everywhere. They were quick but I guess that's why cause they weren't paying attention to what they were sending out. If I didn't have to be back at work I probably would have checked my meal and bag there and said something then but I only get to be on break for so long and I wasn't going back over that. Honestly disappointed with the service I received. I would add the photos I took of my food but it won't let me on here for some reason. Follow up: attempted to go to website to give more information on my experience but I can't because they didn't even give me a receipt so I can't even go through the survey. Usually the service there is pretty good I normally get breakfast and don't have any issues really but today was not their best. It was almost right at 11:00 when I ordered my food and I was looking really forward to having something hot to eat at work but after getting it I was honestly disappointed and regretted even going because it was a mess in the bag because they overfilled the mashed potatoes and gravy and my meal had two thighs instead of a thigh and a leg and I honestly was really looking forward to the leg because its my favorite part of the chicken. If they didn't have any they should have informed me before I got to the window and I wouldn't have been as disappointed or could have chose something else on the menu. I'll probably just stick to ordering breakfast from now on instead

This crew at exit 8 has it going on. My food came out fast , was delicious, and the crew was very accommodating. Shout out to the managers who run that store. It's clean and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend if you come through Morristown you stop at Bojangles near the interstate. They're amazing

We came in last night after driving for 12 hours hungry as ever at 9pm. ALL the food was removed from the front and they were cleaning the whole restaurant. When we ordered all we wanted were chicken sandwiches and we were told there's nothing made. They were open until 10pm. The doors were open and they refused to make anything as they were cleaning to close up early. Cashier was unfriendly as was management.
