After receiving our food, we were making sure everything was there. The rude employee working the window informed us everything was there and he gets timed. My husband said I am going to make sure we have all our food and the employee closed the window and walked off. See, we checked our bags because last time we did not get everything. Did not give a bad review then because mistakes happen, rudeness should not. Chicken on chicken biscuit was so rubbery i took one bite and could not eat it. I hope the 5 seconds it took us to check the bags was worth the bad review

This is the BEST BoJingleys I been to in my ENTIRE lifetime!!! The staff is always so kind and they look like they're actually happy to be working, (unlike the evil McDonald's across the street!) the manager here keeps everything running tip top shape! Every time I go in I see her working hard! The drive thru gentleman is so friendly too!! I've never had my order won't, everyone here always has such happy attitudes! And you can tell they're genuine too!! the Food is ALWAYSSSS FRESH AND HOT!!!!!! we need MORE BoJingleys like this!!! GET THIS PLACE AN AWARD!!

Was going to be a 20 min wait for chicken so got something else. The only thing fresh was the biscuits.
This is the third time we've been disappointed by this particular location. First two times because they put us in their drive thru waiting area to wait for dirty rice and they ended up serving it to people that came after us or simply didn't have the amount we ordered and wasted our time. This last time, we're primarily shocked to have pulled up to an AI taking orders, and it kept obnoxiously prompting us to make our order while we were looking over the menu. Guess we took too long, so it fetched a real person. Again, the dirty rice was an issue, as well as most of what else we tried to order since they neglected to mention that certain items are only served after 10:30am.

My Partner and I stopped here tonight! This is the first time I have been very disappointed in the service. First they were out of sweet tea then when I tried to order a Bo sandwich they were out of those as well. We waited over 15 minutes for our chicken to finish. They close at 10 but hell by this standard they should just close at 9pm.
