Delicious food, just odd that they don't start serving breakfast until 7 a.m. I stopped on my way to work and they stated they didn't serve until 7. Their food is delicious and there are many options.

This is absolutely the worst Bojangles I've ever been to. We roll up, order our food, and they tell us it will be 9 minutes they are making biscuits. So we pull over to the side and wait and wait, watch everyone else get their food, and wait. I finally go in after 20 minutes and they haven't even started on our food and they say they'll hurry and make it but I said no just refund my money. At which point the manager gets huffy and smart and never did apologize! I'm sorry to anyone else who has had to deal with this Bojangles!

We ordered two meals and then went and got our drinks. There were two other people waiting for their order, so we got behind them. After about 15 minutes the manager said to my wife, this is your meal. That meal had been sitting on the counter since we got our drinks. My wife asked the kid for new meals that are hot. He just walked away. She said to a second kid, I want my money back and he just walked away. She came to the table and told me what was going on. I went to the counter and asked who was in charge and one guy said I am. I told him I wanted my money back, he returned our money and apologized. Pretty slack employees, it would seem that training is nonexistent. We went up the street to Hardee’s and received excellent hot meals for about half the price of what they were at this place. The young lady that waited on us was so pleasant and professional that we gave her a tip.

Stopped here at 9:35pm 1/2/2024 there supposed to be open till 10:00pm guess they open and close when ever they want. Was told by a employee they lock the doors at 9:30 so they can leave at 10

Relentless Entertainment
Went inside instead of drive thru as we had a large order and wanted to make sure everything was correct. Cashier took the order and food was prepared. Food was handed to me and I asked if that was everything and the worker said yes. Staying with family about 10 miles away, we arrived home only to discover missing items from our order. Two orders of bo berry biscuits were missing. The bo rounds were very greasy and soggy. Asked to add mayo and cheese to two biscuits and they gave mayo packets instead of adding to biscuits. Buscuits were cut very uneven and falling apart making it very hard to eat. I don't recommend this location.
