Went in to get a bbq brisket and this is what I get I don’t even get the brisket on it so I get them to remake it and they still mess it up in the same way for what you pay you should get it and they don’t clean the place up all the tables was nasty I had to clean one before eating and then when I try to through my trash away you can’t it was already over following out of the trash can they won’t get my business know more if that’s the way there going to stay

Don't know if you could see the receipt my wife originally ordered a drink a large fry a Whopper Jr with extra onion ended up getting that new barbecue brisket burger instead of a Whopper Junior I didn't realize it until we got four blocks down the street big hungry I figured I'd try it it was the worst sandwich I've ever had so much crap on it you couldn't eat it it was nothing like the photograph you see in the store window or the advertisement on TV hours later I find out when I check my charge card that I was charged for the wrong sandwich almost $17.00. there was nobody else in line with her that ordered giving her the wrong order instead they're actually there's nobody else in the restaurant but the staff every time you come to this place there's always something wrong I'm thinking about it the only reason we went there the first place because my wife wanted a milkshake but of course the milkshake machine doesn't work.

The Brisket whopper means it comes with no brisket... But you pay the price for brisket.
I understand it was late night and everyone was ready to go home but come on at least put what we paid for on the burger. Goodness.. extremely disappointed the last few times we've been here.
Let's also not forget the cold fries as soon as we got the bag from the drive thru... The fries were ice cold.

Took 8 minutes just to have them take my order in the drive thru. Then they didn’t take it down right the first time. After that I waited behind two cars for 20 minutes and finally just left.

Drove to Arby’s and got waited on immediately with friendly service even though they had multiple people in their drive thru.

The whopper was good but I could tell the grease hadn't been changed for the cheese tots. Wow! That's every manager's job ! To make sure it's fresh !

Update as my last visit after stuff I’d different people. I go down from 5 ⭐️ to 2 ⭐️ . Service different bathroom not that clean . To go food missed up no ketchup for fries either no napkin for burger .

I placed a mobile order for pickup at the drive-thru and had my mom driving. When we pulled up to the window, the employee handed us a bag and a drink. I immediately said I didn’t order a drink, and my mom flagged the girl at the window to let her know. From the moment she came back, her attitude was terrible. My mom calmly explained it wasn’t our order, and the employee snapped, “Then why did you take it?! You should have told me!”—complete with hand gestures and eye-rolling. She slammed the window in frustration.

Then another woman came over, and instead of trying to help, she was just as rude—as if we were the ones causing a problem. Eventually, a man handed us the correct order, but no one offered even the slightest apology for how we were treated.

To top it all off, the burger was wrong—again. Honestly, this happens every single time we come here. I don’t know why I keep giving this location another chance. The customer service is consistently awful, the orders are rarely correct, and after today, I’m done. Never going back.

Great night shift! Fast and friendly fresh hot food, Female night manager is working really good with her crew, my family always looks forward to seeing her at work knowing it will be a wonderful outcome.
** Yes, they often have bad reviews but the manager handels it very well and has Great customer service experience with making a order correct if it's wrong..
They definitely need to be recognized for the positive reviews because I've seen what they go through. Our typical visit is about a 20-30 minutes eat in. Its relaxing to enjoy the music in the background enjoying our meal and watching the team pull together and work like a great team.. great job Morristown, TN burger king.
