We have been here quite a few times and our order is never right. Burger Kings motto is “have it your way”. Well not at this location. Staff desperately needs trained. Frustrating to get home and order always being wrong.

I would give a 0 i didn't even get food. The people working up front were talking when we walked in and the girl who came up to " help" us she seemed upset because we interrupted her gossip time. We asked about an online BOGO for whoppers and her nasty response was we don't do that in person! You have to use the app. So I decided that we would go somewhere else. They treat door dashers with the same disdain. The people " working" there should be happy to have a job! Customer Service must not be a BK thing!

They have a great menu option for vegetarians. Try the Impossible Whopper! It is sooooooo delicious! Atmosphere is nice. People are very kind. They always have smiling faces, at least in my case.
If I could I wouldn’t even give them a star. I’d give them a negate 100! They are rude and they lie and they don’t make the food right. I have been trying to come in twice this week to get food an hour before they closed. I know I waited to late but they are closing the store down to early cause they are too lazy to do orders. They lie and say they are closed and don’t do orders and everything. Even door dash! I have ordered door dash from there and my dashers would text me telling me they are closed and don’t have door dashes at a certain time. But my order went through so I don’t understand that Logic. If you are at a job then do the job not be lazy and not take orders. Also maybe treat your employees better and maybe they would stick around! I’m disappointed in this place because the food USE to be good. But now it’s my least favorite place to eat.

I stopped by for the Wednesday meal and was pleasantly surprised by how well everything was executed. The cashier was friendly and patient as I took my time ordering, and the food came out quickly, which I appreciated.
However, the cleanliness of the lobby was disappointing. We had to skip three tables before finding one that was somewhat decent, and even then, we had to wipe it off ourselves. Additionally, there was a homeless man camped outside, which was a bit concerning and made the experience feel less inviting.
Overall, the food and service were good, but the dining environment could definitely use some improvement.

I only go to burger King on Saturdays and that little tradition is ending today. Everytime I've visited this restaurant the girls act so awkward and rude as if I was bothering them. They forgot my syrup and my sandwich, when I asked them about it the look at me like I am the most annoying customer and they are too busy to deal with. ... keep in mind the drive thru was empty and I am the only person in the building. I'll be blunt about it.... she wanted to go back to talking to her friends and play on her phone taking pictures.
