I never complain about food, but this time was bad.
I found not 1 but 2 long black hairs in my fish sandwich. The manager known as "Smiley" refused to give me a refund after he told me on the phone he would. He said that only the Corporate branch does refunds. What kind of manager refuses to give a refund over a $5 sandwich. I will never eat there again. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Disgusting 🤢

Well the portions are a lot smaller than they use to be but the price is high and the room temperature is usually cozy and you can take your coat off but they turn the AC on so food gets cold quick. It's winter time and people like to relax and be warm to eat instead of sticking your coat sleeve in your plate!!!!!!!! So up the heat and we might come bk.

It had been quite some time since I had eaten at a Captain D's. Unfortunately, I remember it being much better food than what we received this most recent time. Food was cold and bland. I ordered the baked tilapia with baked potato and broccoli. The broccoli was overcooked and soggy, the potato wasn't done, and the fish had no taste. The rice was the best part. My husband and son ordered the fish and chips basket. It tasted better than my meal, imo. The only saving grace is there was a very kind lady working the register up front and that's the reason I gave as many stars as I did. She was very sweet and hospitable. The dining room was clean. The only problem was there were no paper towels in either restroom. I can think of many other ways I wish I had used the $40+ that we paid for lunch for 3 people. Not worth it at all

Allways liked captian D,s but its probably my last trip there for a year or 2. 2 piece fish small amount of clams and an ice tea is diffenatly not worth 22 dollars to me 8- 10 bucks is what i feel its worth and i would have been very satisfied with food and service but instead i feel sickened like i got RIPPED OFF and i did .

We went through the drive-thru tonight at 8:30, they do not close until 10pm. They were out of everything we wanted to order. When we did order food and got to the window and paid, then the lady told us they were out of hush puppies. It takes forever to get your food here, Every single time we come, it's 30 minutes or more! This is the most ridiculous place I've ever been to!

My most favorite item from here are the jalapeño poppers!!? Next would be the ? and although I like the fried okra, what I don't like is when they put the okra in bowl with lid...they taste soggy from the condensation inside the lid from them being hot.
