The lady in the drive-thru kept getting my order wrong. After 3 attempts, I thought she had it right, but when I got to the window, it was still wrong. We got it worked out, and we got our 2 fish sandwiches and fries, and we started the drive home. Mom opened her box and we each had about 10 pale, cool, tasteless French fries, and the sandwiches were just 2 fish fingers on a white bun with a dot of tartar sauce!! Sigh. I drove the mile back, went inside and asked for tartar to and the lettuce that should be on it. They were out of lettuce. I wouldn't have ordered the sandwich had I known that!!

Friendly staff, good was good, apparently this location doesn't offer the Lobster rolls which was what I was wanting, but the shrimp was okay. Nice and clean inside.

I’m the last person to complain, I never have however, I ordered the shrimp dinner and my grandad ordered the fish sandwich, we waited 30 minutes for the food, just for it to be terrible. I don’t ever go to captain ds so trust me I’m not biased. The Diet Pepsi tasted like cough syrup, the broccoli was uneatable, the fries tasted frozen still in the middle, the hush puppies were straight dough.

I found not 1 but 2 long black hairs in my fish sandwich. The manager known as "Smiley" refused to give me a refund after he told me on the phone he would. He said that only the Corporate branch does refunds. What kind of manager refuses to give a refund over a $5 sandwich. I will never eat there again. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Disgusting 🤢

Well the portions are a lot smaller than they use to be but the price is high and the room temperature is usually cozy and you can take your coat off but they turn the AC on so food gets cold quick. It's winter time and people like to relax and be warm to eat instead of sticking your coat sleeve in your plate!!!!!!!! So up the heat and we might come bk.
