As I am getting ready to go to work I decided to stop and pickup supper for Husband and I so I ordered chicken and fish dinner that comes with 2 side $11.99 is what it reads on the board so when I get to window total is absolutely $30 WOW lady that took my order never said side's was extra I thought they came with the meal APPARENTLY NOT when asking lady literally rolls her eyes with attitude GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SOMEONE WHO IS PAYING YOUR WAGES TODAY I ABSOLUTELY Almost was ripped off by this I TOTALLY ASKED FOR REFUND DUE TO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE when handed receipt and my bank card for refund GLAD THAT WINDOW YOU SLAMMED DIDN'T SHATTER ON MY VEHICLE LEARN TO EXPLAIN YOUR PRICES AND GET BETTER EMPLOYEES WHO APPRECIATES WHO PAYS THEIR WAGES THE CUSTOMERS

The employees working tonight was very slow. I had to wait 30 minutes on my food. I ordered the same 2 meals that I always get and never had to wait that long for it. 5 minutes at the most. This is ridiculous. They need to do a lot less talking and a little more work. Who cares about their personal life. They was also on their personal phones talking. The service sucked

Pretty good seafood. Fish was good and crispy. Sides were also good. Not a fan of half the sides being deemed as “premium” with a price increase. Better than LJS with more variety and side choices.

Said they couldn't take them because they had been switched from franchisee to a corporate location. I thought the flyers and coupon came from corporate. Don't send out coupons if you are not going to honor them.
