Went with a group of friends this evening and had a wonderful time. Our server (can't remember her name) was outstanding and the food was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! Prices were very reasonable too.

Food is above average, we have dined in, and ordered for pickup. Service for both dine in and pickup is good. The ribs they have were a bit on the dry side, same as the burger. The chicken tenders were done very well, juicy inside, and crispy outside.

Loud noisy table next to us. Couldn't even talk to wife. I did not ask to move but should have. Ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich with fries. Filled me right up. Not the best I ever had, but good. I have been to Philly so had original there. The service was great thank you Wylie S. I will go there again.

Came in today with my Man for our first official date. The waitress (who was clearly catering to him) completely ruined our night. He paid in cash for our meal and told her to keep the change (was 2$) and was planning on leaving a tip on the table. When she came back she stated “you can have your 2$ back that’s very rude and it’s honestly an insult” so obviously we were confused and stated we understand how tipping works and was going to leave a tip. She continued to be rude so we got a manager. The manager did speak with her (I’m not sure what happened but my man said it went well with him) and the host (I’m not sure what his name was) was super reassuring and kind. The fries were okay, I loved the ranch and the steak, however the cheese on my burger looked stale and old to the point I had to take it off (and I love cheese.) thank you to the staff that WAS kind and I seriously hope this is not an issue in the future as we did love the place otherwise.

The meatloaf is nothing more than a beef-turkey blend with chopped up maybe mushrooms, it doesn't taste like meatloaf , then they have a broccoli-cheese casserole that any but broccoli and cheese mixed up and scooped in a little dish to look like a ice cream ball with crackers on top , then you pay 1.99 + tax for 2 rolls with your dinner. Only good thing was the mushpotatoes . Cole slaw to sweet and fish not seasoned much.

Walked in to Morristown Cheddar’s,no one at greeters station to take you to table,waited a man sitting at first table got up went to back came back and told us she will be there in a minute,She came out of back asked how many,2 of us she went to man at table talked to him lot of whispering,came back got her table computer went back to man at table more whispering.She came back and said it will be at least 5 minutes.Tables where empty,parking lot empty.Don’t Understand.Thanks

If I could give a zero star rating., I would. As well as I love Cheddars, this is the worst one that I have ever been to. My first experience there was great, but however the next 3 times, have been nothing short of horrible. Second time I ordered half tacos of ribs with no bbq sauce, simple huh??? Guess what, they came out with bbq. Let that lil mishap slide, because they made it right. Fast forward, I give them another try with the same thing, ribs with no bbq sauce, & guess what, out the come with bbq sauce. I said I’m done giving them chances & will never go back. Well I was treating my friend to a birthday dinner, & of course she wanted Cheddars, as we got seated I told her that my last two times they had messed up my order, so I am going 2 get something simple that they couldn’t mess up. I ordered a well done burger with American cheese, & my friend a T-bone. Guess what, yep u guessed it, without fail, the order came out messed up again. My simple burger came out with cheddar cheese , & my friends steak was overcooked & tough as shoe leather. Manager had food remade only for the cook to mess it all up again. Whoever u all have in your kitchen needs 2 be trained a little better. I bet your food cost at Cheddars is through the roof, with the amount of food being made, with lil simple mistakes. Cheddars u have got to do better!! As much as I love this place, I will not be returning to this location EVER!!

Waiter was awesome, guess the cook/manager was in a bad mood and told our server that we would get the remainder of the order when it was done, All in all great service and food, side note, the steak could have been seasoned a little better.

We came in tonight as a family of 6 and had an amazing experience. All of the food was great, and our waitress Ariel was absolutely top-notch! She was so nice, knowledgeable, and checked on us at all the right times. She made sure everything went smoothly and really made our night special. Highly recommend asking for Ariel—she’s fantastic!
