As usual, for a Chick-fil-A, it was busy. They messed up one of our ordered sandwiches and my grilled club deluxe was not as expected. The chicken only covered about 2/3 of the bun, so about 2 bites were bread, tomato and lettuce. Other than that it was average.

Never had such a bad experience as we had today. We weren't too surprised at the wait but after it taking so long, we didn't get straws, napkins or sauce. Our drinks taste like they had been sitting there forever and the potatoes were so greasy neither of us ate them. Definitely not worth $17 for two breakfast meals.

There is an internet tune about eating at Chick-fil-A 7 times a day that sums up my feelings about this chain. I've never had bad food and have rarely had a less-than-stellar overall experience. This was not an exception. Good job y'all!

People want to critique Chick Fil A at higher standards than an average fast food restaurant, but it’s just another fast food restaurant. I’ve been going here a long time, and yes they make mistakes. Their response to those mistakes though are way better than any other fast food chain, except maybe Pals. Great food, great service, and always a clean/consistent place to eat at.
Have never had a less than perfect experience here! The dine-in option on the app works great too. Place your order on the app, enter your table number, and your food comes right out.
