The employee Sofia's tone and behavior made the entire interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. Being treated poorly for attempting to use a reward exactly as it was offered was extremely frustrating. She was also incredibly rude to numerous other customers and the other employees there. I do want to note that the employee who prepared my food during this visit was excellent. They were polite, professional, and did a great job making my order. Their customer service was the only positive part of the experience and deserves recognition.

We went through the chipotlane around 12pm. Fast service. Downside was the food. It wasn’t very fresh. Guacamole was brownish, the lettuce was a bit old, and my husbands burrito was a bit small.

Every time I come to this location, they always forget an item one time it was my separate dip, and the second time it was an item that came with my meal and should always be included. I wish I had checked my quesadilla box for my little girl because her guacamole was missing and I was already in Jefferson City. This made for a really rough night and they do this a lot

Good stuff man. No chipotle anywhere near here for miles - hard to complain. I haven’t had chipotle in over a year because there’s none nearby lol. This this was 10/10. Nice staff. Good quality food. Thank you guys. Also I recommend a full bowl and splitting it between 2 people with 2 bags of chips. End price is 16$ or so - easier to afford!

Jaime, the manager on duty was super friendly and and accommodating. Erika and Haley were both great also. I got a brazened beef protein casaritto and it was the best made one I’ve ever had. Food and service were TOP NOTCH. My only complaint is the tables were dirty and trash full. However, I don’t think things like that are what should matter more than the quality of food and customer service one receives. My best experience at a Chipotle EVER, and I’ve had ALOT. Thank you Chipotle Morristown (evening shift) for making me and my friends outing (her first time at a chipotle) such an amazing experience.
