First time today at Clayudas Tacos Fire. I have been looking for an authentic and good tamale experience, and I have found it right here! I ordered the tamales special and had two beef and two chicken. The flavors were good and flavorful and the texture was very moist. A lot of places overcook their tamales and they are dry and crumbly.
