She was the epitome of great customer service—professional, polite, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. Her attentiveness was remarkable; our drink glasses were never less than full, a small detail that makes a huge difference. The Country Favs Pot Roast was tender and perfectly seasoned, melting in your mouth with every bite. The chicken and dumplings were also very good, and the biscuits and corn muffins arrived at our table hot and fresh. Kaite J. is a true asset to the Cracker Barrel team, and her top-notch service deserves every bit of praise. One of the tastiest, most consistent, homestyle restaurants in the business. Nothing brings back nostalgia like looking at the antiques, looking at the old-school toys, and running into an old friend or two. Awesome breakfast. Love the french toast.

I would definitely hope that Cracker Barrel does not change especially the one i go to. The nostalgia is the reason i go and the food has always been good. If it changes like i have seen on the internet i will no longer go as if i wanted a modern facility with no personality i would go elsewhere but i don’t. No only that i can’t believe the app has already implemented that stupid looking logo. Bring back Cracker Barrel!!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at Cracker Barrel. Our food was served cold, completely wrong, and poorly handled. Instead of correcting the mistakes, the staff turned it around on us and acted as though it was our fault. The lack of accountability and customer service was unbelievable. After this experience, I will not be back to Cracker Barrel and I would strongly caution others to think twice before dining here.

Everything was great except for one thing the waitress seemed to be distracted with something else other than waiting on our family... She came to our table three times I started to give her my order and she said she was there just for our order for drinks... I said I think we are ready to order, she took our order for drinks and walked away... Then quite a while later she finally returned... Just another day for someone who don't know what their doing because their minds are some where else other than on their work... Have a good day 😊

It had been a long time since i had eaten at a CB, maybe a year, and I travel every other week. They had added chicken tenders to the menu, the picture on the menu looked amazing. They were terrible.i guess they were overcooked, and they were small. Has no one at CB ever been to Canes or Chick Fil A? I was hungry and it didn’t even occur to me to send them back, Im just very slow to do that kind of thing. But come on CB, Im trying to help, but you’ve got to step up your game if this is going to work.

This review is to highlight IMO your best waitress,Teresa K. She is friendly but not too friendly, efficient, and I've never had to ask for something more than once. Cracker Barrel if you ever have a customer service class at a corporate level she needs to lead it. She is a golden standard of excellence and will request her every time we are at your location.

The fried shrimp was not as good as it usually is at Cracker Barrel. I was surprised.

Chicken was so overcooked. Told waitress. Said she would tell the kitchen staff. Paid for our 2 meals and left the food on the table . No more. Wasted money.

I love this place and you can go anytime and get any kind of food your craving 😋
