Great breakfast and service. Loved walking around the store, perusing all the new and unique items.

I had written this place off as trashy years ago but this was a very enjoyable experience. The Nashville hot sauce was delicious with a texture to it but not gross hot. I will return. The out of place gift shop is still there and an amusing distraction.

Vegetarian options: My sister eats basic vegetarian diet not an extreme version of even no plants but basic and eating here was her ideal

Parking: Hard to figure out way into restaurant area. Had to park at hotel. Never did see a way into real area. Glad we weren't towed.

The service was great. The food was a joke. My mother ordered chicken dumplings. When they was brought to the table. The dumplings were still very doughy not even close to being done. I had ordered a hamburger steak. By the third bite it was very red. When I had asked for it to be well done. When I had complained n showed them to the waitress. She came back and replied said it was bloody in the light and asked if I'd like a replacement. I told her no. Everyone else's food was great. They got to enjoy their food but Me personally.... I'll never be back! I wouldn't refer anyone to this establishment!!!!

Vegetarian options: We had to wait over 10min for seating. They took our name and had to ask again. They never knew why we were waiting they had 3 empty tables. The second hostess stated!

Went in with service dog. Checked in at door. When called to be seated we were told that we had to wait when they saw the dog for a different table. After a short wait we were taken to a table in the back corner. Our service dog immediately laid under the table. The manager came over and said she had to move against the wall as this is a high traffic area. I complained that they had relocated us because of the dog and he replied that he moved us to a larger table. When I pointed out that we had passed several tables the same size in the main part of the restaurant he claimed that they were already assigned. It was obvious from the beginning that they were not happy about the very well behaved service dog.

We are locals and know the Friday crowd. We placed our order by phone for pick up. When we arrived we gave our name placed during phone order and paid.
We waited 15 minutes. The manager on duty then advised that door dash driver may have picked up our order and they would make another order. It was simple, chicken dumplings, hb casserole and carrots.
Another 10 minutes passed and we were told they were out of carrots and did we want something else. At this point it was over 40 minutes since promised time during ordering. We said we will wait. They brought out the to go order in another 10 minutes.
We made a huge mistake assuming they would complete the order. The carrots were not in the order. See receipt and quality check. Whoever signed that did not check the order.
I cannot say the food was great. Usual dumplings, the service though.. it has declined greatly at this location in the past six months. To wait over an hour for a simple order placed by phone is pitiful.
Get it together and do better!

Two orders of the NY steak dinner. Steak tough and full of gristle. Two orders of pancakes and they were not made fresh. They were rubbery and dried out. Our waitress was awesome but 5 of the 9 meals was a 1 out of 10.
