The service was slow . The food was disappointing. I won’t go back . The price was huge the food was not . It was so done it was almost burnt . Stay away save your money not worth it .

I downloaded the app & received a free small shake with a minimum $1 purchase. The deals on the app are nice. I would say save some money. I went inside today. The restaurant is clean. Friendliness of staff is not all there, unfortunately. One lady in the back was laughing about me using the app (but oh well). Otherwise, milkshakes there taste good and I would say go try one! Chocolate shakes are to die for!

Driving home for the holiday and this is the first DQ on the route that has breakfast. I stop here every year because we miss the breakfast. Unfortunately this year was terrible. There was 1 table with 3 women. Otherwise we were the only people and waited close to 10 minutes for someone to take our order. The girl was busy talking to a guy in the drive through window who didn’t appear to be ordering anything. After the order I went to get a drink and there was no ice (9:30 AM) had to go back and ask for ice and was told she forgot. When our food arrived it was cold and my gravy had a hair in it. Went to ask for it to be heated and the worker said you are the second person to say it was cold. They realized the gravy wasn’t even turned on and seemed to find it funny. Decided to try and use the bathroom before hitting the road and those were locked. Waited at the counter to ask for it to be unlocked but after a couple minutes just left. So sad and disappointing.

I didn't have a problem with them they were nice to me very nice.
Parking: Morristown Tennessee you going to park in the parking lot right beside of it or in the parking lot of it.
Kid-friendliness: They're very nice the kids really nice the kids they love kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp where you can get in and they have a wheelchair bathroom and everything.

I regret to report that my recent dining experience was highly unsatisfactory. The food was poorly prepared and lacked flavor, falling short of expectations. Furthermore, the service was slow and inattentive, adding to the overall disappointment. I would not recommend this establishment based on the subpar quality of both the food and service. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for future improvements.

Went through drive thru ordered chicken strips before work, waited over 10 minutes at window until worker tells me problems with strips still raw. Tell her I had to go to work, THEY CHARGED ME and I didn’t get the chicken strips and went to work hungry. SHAME SHAME SHAME. Absolutely horrible on you Dairy Queen. Update: I contacted them through the link they posted below and HEARD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from there. They reply with please update and let us know just for publicity. SHAME SHAME SHAME on you

Came in to order my sisters birthday cake was very last minute but they exceeded our expectations, we were greeted with the sweetest worker and she truly make our experience so good and we are so appreciative of her!!
