Domino's Pizza

I placed my order online and requested no tomato sauce and it to be New York style. After arriving home and checking my order it was hand tossed with tomato sauce. I understand mistakes happen but once I tried to call the store after 10 minutes no one answered. I drove back to the store to find Taylor (the manager) and another employee sitting outside the back door smoking weed. I wanted to be understanding but to find no one is answering the phone because they’re out back smoking is very frustrating. After speaking with Taylor she just responded so, “what do you want me to do of course remake your pizza and give you a refund?” I just would’ve liked some ownership and an apology would’ve been great.

Thickest stuffed cheese crust EVER, but since so much cheese was rolled into the crust that the actual pizza was thin as crap. the toppings were even too heavy to hold the pizza. I also got a habanero sub and it had ZERO sauce on it. just chicken and cheese. Such a waste of 20$.

love their pizza & the app has so many deals. Customer service is amazing and quick to help with anything. I often order a pizza with alfredo sauce, extra cheese & philly steak on pan crust (you should try it). The lava cakes are to die for. It is always amazing and customer service is great. Food is always fresh and remains that way until I'm home.

Perfected my order. Were accurate with pickup time. Friendlier than all get out! Only issues were with the dough being rolled to thin, no seasoning on crust, and was cut unevenly

We placed a delivery order ar 5:30 pm. When an hour and a half had gone by we called the store. They informed us they only had 1 driver and we were next. Said they would throw in a desert for the hassle. Finally at 7:15 the order arrived...cold and low quality. I understand only having one driver but the food would have been low quality even if not late. They didn't even give us the promised desert which tells me they lied in an effort to dodge a refund. After years of loyalty to this location this will by our final order. The management there obviously isn't even mentally capable of basic store management. Idk, maybe the terrible management would make good door greeters somewhere.

Food is good & accurate to my order. Staff was friendly and professional. I just don't understand why they won't deliver to Fall Creek. There are 3 campgrounds here & the only pizza delivery is from pizza plus. Dominoes is only 1.5 miles further away. Come on owners, get it done!

I have ordered this mediocre pizza over and over in hopes occasionally they would get it right. I’d hate to see what their pizza looks like without extra sauce. It’s like cardboard with cheese. So again today, I have a house full of kids. I try to order pizza. Mind you I’ve ordered from my account for 2 years. Now dominos is so worried about people picking up their orders, they make you pay for 50$ or more up front. Yeah, try getting it right. People will pick up their orders. I almost canceled a pizza to fall below the limit. Should have because I had to run my card 3 times to get it to accept. I have my money dominos, where did your good pizza-service go?
