Domino's Pizza

I ordered delivery for my lunch at work online showed it was open yet I never received my order ended up having to go to Taco Bell instead also my card was charged. I need a refund!

First time stopping here,ordered a supreme,they gave me jalapenos, sausage. Tried to call for several hours to explain wrong pizza,reside in thorn hill,so far too drive back to morristown.

I drove 45 min from thorn hill and when I got home my order was completely incorrect and I have been calling for 2hours now and can’t get anyone on the phone !

Order #996. Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 were correct. Third pizza was supposed to be pepperoni and beef. The pizza was pepperoni, green peppers, and onions. I call the store back and they are going to remake the pizza and for me to come back in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later and I go back to store and they start digging through orders, and the lady comes back with wings and says I can have these because the made the pizza wrong again and the will remake it for a second time. I tell the lady no thanks and walk out.

The lady who took my order was very kind and helped me get a better deal by selecting something slightly different.
The food was ready quickly but didn't taste great. Wings were very fatty we didn't eat the rest of them.

Dominoes truly is the worst pizza on the planet. Like the pasta though, I think they should have them on the menu again

Took an hour and half for one pizza and pasta, got home and it was both wrong, called and they just kept hanging up on me, told me he would credit me back but just hung up. I dont know if they took my name and the total price for the credit down. Just kept hanging up no customer service at all. It was the rudest encounter I've had from them.

Placed an online order for delivery 2 stoplights away at a hotel and had to wait 2 hrs. They remade it and had 1 delivery delivery out with 8 stops and was told that it would take 99-103 min to be delivered. Would not recommend delivery on a Tuesday night

Just ordered pizza and it was $53 for a large 1 topping w/extra cheese, a large meat pizza ( which only had pepperoni, sausage, ham and cheese on it) and an order of cheese bread. Thats ridiculous. We also did carry out. Can you imagine how much it would have costed for delivery?!

Mya (not sure that's spelled right I only worked with her on the phone) was such a bright spot for my experience at that place. If she isn't a manager, or someone who helps make decisions, she definitely should be!

Ordered a pizza and it took over an hour to receive it.

It was absolutely the best pizza I ever ate mya knew what My husband and I wanted to the tea she's the best ☺️

Vegetarian options: I will never eat it any other place it was terrific ??

Kid-friendliness: People that work there treat you like family love them all
