Ever since asian 1 bought the place out the food isn’t what it used to be. It has no flavor and everything is greasy. The only thing that hasn’t changed was the sushi. Don’t waste your time and just travel all the way to Jeff city to go to twin dragon beside sonic.
Their fresh sushi is amazing
Nothing was wrong or bad about the service, and in the short time I was there picking up the takeout, the place looked nice enough and the cashier was nice so I left a tip even though it was takeout.
The food though, something was off. Maybe it is because I went at 3pm on a Wednesday, I dont know.
The fried rice was really chewy, clumpy, sort off off white, with no discernible taste beyond a slight chemical tang.
The crab rangoon was thick and chewy, very hard to eat and chew. The filling was good but I could not get over the outside.
The hot and sour soup was pretty good though it was 99% liquid with maybe 3 strings of cabbage or tofu or other things.
The lo mein was passable but again I kept tasting some odd chemical type taste. It wasn't sesame seed oil or msg or oyster sauce, nor was it a soy sauce flavor. Idk what it was.
I can't think of the name of the other thing I got, but it was alright. It had a bunch of kind of chewy chicken, beef, and veggies with extremely light flavor.
I'm sure half of this is due to the delicate palate some of my fellow Tennesseans have leading them to complain that the food is too salty, but in my case it came off as really bland, oddly chemical, and just kind of off.
I see it has potential and a lot of good reviews so maybe like I said I caught it at a bad time so I'll come another day and give it another shot during dinner to be fair.
Take this with a grain of salt as it was my first and only experience and taste is subjective.
Great food great people
Visiting from out of town. Asked some locals where to go to get sushi? This restaurant was recommended by many! I ate alone. Was treated very well. Food was very well prepared and portion was above average. The sushi was prepared fresh and well presented. Server was was fast and friendly! The hibachi was very good. I would very much eat here again and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal. Prices are comparable to most other restaurants of this nature so no surprises there. Restaurant was super busy and seemed to do a very robust take out! Locals love this place. I concur!

Nice little place for lunch, the staff was very attentive and upbeat. Very clean and welcoming. The Crab Rangoon is awesome, I'd put it up there in my top 3, lots of flavor! Had the Gen tso chicken, not bad over all could have a little more flavor, average. The sushi was very good with a lot of variety and a very good price

My wife and I just moved here from Cincinnati. We have been into the restaurant three or four times since we got here. Service is always good and food is amazing. Great value for what you pay.

Amazing Sushi, Amazing dishes. Great blend of flavors and they also have a couple of Thai dishes. Pad Thai is what you're probably looking for and theirs is one of the better ones I've had. Fried rice is delightful, they have great happy boxes/bento box deals available. The Thai spring rolls were hot and full! They have a great sushi bar inside with all the right stuff and the cooks are amazing at what they do. Plenty of staff so don't worry about not being taken care of. I recommend the Sexy Girl roll and the coconut chicken.

Was traveling through and decided to grab a bite to eat with my son. The sushi roll was really good. The spicy lo mein was great, but the General Tso's chicken was just a bit too sweet for me.

Living in Morristown almost 2 years, finally checked out this restaurant. I like the building, since it’s an old Pizza Hut style.
The atmosphere, service and food is high quality and very reasonably priced. Many great choices. I especially appreciate the server,I asked for the Chinese Hot Mustard and he provided that immediately. I been twice and both times were excellent.
I’ve been a Panda Express customer for years. I will suggest you compare. And you’ll end up choosing Emma’s Asian restaurant.
Post your thoughts and experiences. The owners always appreciate honest reviews… good or not so good. But you’ll see this place deserves GREAT 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
