For fast food Italian, Fazolis is great! Never have I had any problems with the correctness of my order. The food quality is always consistent with generous portion sizes, temperature, etc. Worth mentioning is that they handle substitutions and special orders with ease as we always seem to have our order substituted in at least one way and it has always been the way we ordered....rare when it comes to fast food. As for why I only gave three stars.... they close at 8 pm every night which is absurd even with Covid ! We ordered take out one Friday night around 7:45 and was informed by the cashier that they were about to close. When asked why, she said that no one wanted to work. There have been SEVERAL times since then that I want to order from Fazolis only to look at the clock and see that it was after 8 so I was out of luck. That has happened at least four times in the past month.. Our average order is around $25. That is a significant amount of money we had to spend elsewhere. Every other restaurant in town is open past 8 so I have a hard time believing it really is that hard to get a crew to work like they are telling people. Sounds like poor management of employees if you ask me. The reason I'm writing this review is because I had really wanted to order from Fazolis around 8 :30 this evening and couldn't. If there food wasn't as good as it is, I would give less stars because of how their hours affect me and my desire to do business there! Update: The drive thru is now open until 10 pm and the dining room until 9 pm so thank you Fazoli's for once again serving those of us who eat dinner a little later than most.

This place is one of my favorites every time we visit it puts a smile on my face!! We were there last night for dinner. The food is always amazing and the service is awesome!! Yeah sometimes you may have to wait to order, but the food is definitely worth the wait. If you want Italian for a great price this is the place!! Fed 5 for 60 bucks. The tortellini duos are a parents best friend at 5 bucks each!! Worth every penny!!
Zack at the Morristown Fazoli’s is the best! This is always a great place to eat! Fresh, hot food… Always great service!
