The server Brianna was so friendly, she made me feel like I was in my Italian grandmother's kitchen. The atmosphere was very homey and the food was amazing!! Everyone go see Brianna, she's the best who ever did it!! Also, go for the food!! I definitely will go again!!

I ordered online and never was asked on the app about guetin free, woman was upset that I took mine regular and I could hear her yelling about it as she walked off, also was asked to pay when I had already payed on the app.

The service was great. They were training some new staff and doing a spectacular job with explaining and modeling how to do the job.

However, my husband and son were disappointed to learn they have gotten rid of diet pepsi in the fountain drink machine in order to put 2 pepsi zeros in. I find that especially odd with the popularity of diet drinks.

A lot of food for not much money. I like that its fast food prices, but the real dishes and forks make it feel like you're in a restaurant. Tastes exactly like olive garden but half the price and tbh the breadsticks are better.

Today was my first time going to this place. As soon as I step in the place, I felt a positive and welcoming vibe. The employees were all really nice especially Jessica! Jessica was quick to take my order and she really seemed passionate about her job. Later, she brought me my food in a timely manner and kept checking if I needed anything else. I definitely enjoyed this experience and will be coming back again. Thank you Jessica!

Cannot believe the incompetence of the leadership. Three store managers could not figure out how to substitute normal pasta for the gluten-free rotini. One manager tried to push the order through, because she couldn't figure it out, and just tell the kitchen to make the pasta gluten-free but the kitchen manager refused to oblige saying i must be charged the extra for the gluten-free pasta. This is the worst dining experience I've ever had. With such incompetent leadership it is no wonder why there's such a high turnover rate

Having to wait 40 minutes for 2 kids meals is INSANE. I could’ve literally cooked it at home quicker, which is what I’ll start doing.
