Placed a mobile order, it was ready at the time it said, the sweet tea is some of the best I’ve had. They did forget our breadsticks but management made it right and they were hot and fresh when we got them, my salad was fresh definitely no complaints!

Picked up a mobile order here, cashier grabbed my order and dropped it right on the counter right in front of me when I went to reach for it. I assumed it was a mistake but the cashier had a rude look on his face and didn’t apologize at all. Service aside, the food was decent. With that being said, I don’t recommend this location.

Went at 3pm through the drive through. The lady working was so nice, something hard to come by nowadays. Did not catch her name, she looked to be a manager, she had blonde hair & red nails. All my food was hot & they gave me extra breadsticks! Thank you for the great service!

Giving 3 stars for poor customer service. My husband picked up dinner last night 8/23 around 7:00 the drive tru lady was very rude. Her first response through the drive thru kiosk was what do you want! My husband held his pride and proceeded with the order. She continued with poor service and communication.

Lamont is great, I hope they are paying him well. Service was great, food was great. I was extremely impressed by the whole experience. Definitely changed my mind about this place in general. We'd definitely stop again
Me and my husband came in last night and the food was delicious. I got gluten free pasta, and my husband got a sub. The food tasted fresh and tasty, the breadsticks were also delicious. The employees were working like crazy, and it was quite busy, but they were still quite attentive to my party and others. Will definitely be going back, we loved it!

After visiting this restaurant a few times I have to say tonight was the worst food and service ever. The meatballs were nasty and the classic sampler platter food was old tasting. I was a bit hesitant when there were only a few cars there but since the food has always been delicious we went in anyway. After paying $77.00 they had the gall to want a tip. Like I said the food was nasty and we got six breadsticks and no one came back around to see if we wanted more. I have to say I will NOT be dining at Fazolis anymore.

Went there around 9:30.. server (Dtot) didn’t seem friendly nor happy that we came through the drive-through, also very rude went he proceeded to hand us our food, we even said thank you & no your welcome or anything. I will never be going to that fazoli again.. i’m ashamed of some people manors & I will be contacting the direct manger of fazoli to hopefully get my money back.
