Ordered signature loaded baked spaghetti to go for lunch on 3/27/24. Back at work I sat down to enjoy my meal. And that's when I realized that what I had ordered and been charged for was instead just spaghetti w/baked cheese on top of it. There was not even an inkling of the ingredients that not only make this better than basic baked spaghetti, but pricier as well. No mushrooms, no Italian sausage, no bacon, and no meatballs. Had I been eating in the restaurant I would have made this discovery immediately and pointed it out to have it corrected. However being a to go order I was handed my meal already in a fazoli's bag and mistakingly trusted in the fact that I had been given what I had ordered and paid for. I will not be frequenting this Fazoli's in the future. Nor will I trust in the future that the meal I asked for and paid for has been handed to me inside a to go bag without expressly checking it there at the counter before I accept and leave with it.

I stopped in on the thirteenth, I’m from out of town and was passing through town and really wanted Italian, and decided to come here since there’s a drive through. The food was excellent but the service was even better! The gentlemen in the window, Miller I believe he said was his name, was such a sweet young man! 12/10 recommend if you’re passing through!

Food here is normally wonderful, but the last few times we've been.. roughly 730 or 8 Pm, when we've gone in they just roll their eyes and tell us they close in 10 minutes so we've left.. But the website, Google and their door says they close at 10 Pm. So which is it?
