The staff was so friendly and kind. They even walked me out of the back door to get to my car faster in a huge rainstorm. The food was great and came out super fast. Can’t wait to be back!

Hands down, the best subs around! The employees are always super friendly. Every sub I've tried at ANY Firehouse Subs has been delicious. It's also amazing that it was founded by first responders & you can round up to donate to local first responders.

Mobile app not intuitive. Tried to correct my order within minutes, but was told I had to contact the restaurant directly. So I called, after looking up the number: no one answered.

2 weeks ago I ordered their new triple BBQ sandwich. It was totally delicious. So I ordered it again, and was not the same sandwich: not much BBQ sauce, be very little cole slaw, and the brisket looked undercooked.

Also, the chocolate chip cookies were dry and bland...a waste of money for them.

Today a family was eating with a 1 ish year old that would screech out once in awhile. Awesome! I love it. HaHa. No employees said anything. I was impressed.

23 minutes to get my order... asked for extra pickles and didn't get them. Asked for sauce and I guess that's too much to ask for as well for a 21 dollar sandwich. Poor management.
