Our order wasn't right to begin with but sat down to eat and my sandwich looked a little thin, opened it up it barely had ranch on it and the meat didn't even go towards the end of the bread and barely any sauce. High priced food for a small quantity of meat cheese and ranch and that was all that was on my turkey bacon

Sandwiches smaller than usual due to bread not rising correctly I think, bread was super chewy and felt stale at same time. The small was 2 1/2 "x 3" (I measured it at home)for $6.69 and had 1 small thin plum tomato slice ( that only covered half the sandwich so the other half gets nothing I guess) n 1 thin onion pc very little lettuce and 2 slices of ham. Just ridiculous!!! The mediums we got only had meat in middle of sandwiches none on the ends so u had to pick at the sandwich to spread things out. Spent $35.07 . Just appalling!!!!!!

This place is freaking amazing! The food is outstanding, the service is great, and the portions are plentiful. My wife and I have not had one sandwich we weren't impressed with. This place has become our go-to restaurant.It doesn't cost any more than any other sub shop, but here, when you pay, you're paying for quality, and it's worth every single penny.

I'm done with Firehouse Subs , I haven't been back to the Morristown TN one in at least a year, before tonight,because they have messed my order up so many times and the time before this last trip it took them 3 tries to get it right. Now this last time they got half a sub right which I don't understand how and my 2 other subs wrong. I paid $40 for 3 wrong subs. I waited over a half an hour because they said they messed one up and still got it wrong. I hate to be negative because the workers were very nice and they were busy but it happens every time.

Every time I order online from here, they never have it ready when I arrive and I wait another 20 minutes. Ordering with Grubhub or Doordash the drivers always wait and are late. This is the only firehouse that doesn’t seem to care about the customer’s time. I feel like I’m annoying them when they are so slow.

Stopped last week, got a ham sub, asked for extra pickles. Got home, had NO pickles. Today, same thing, I mentioned no pickles last week, I got a pickle that looked like someone took a couple of bites out of it and a half of a pickle.. really disappointed.
