Great American Cookies

Cookie cakes are delicious and they look amazing. Last last time I picked up a cake I said pickup. They just looked at me, and then went and got the cake, and handed it to me and said absolutely nothing. Very weird staff and not friendly.

The pecan cookie was amazing! Didn't like the other 3 we tried.

They always do such a tremendous job! If I could rate them higher I definitely would!

I’ve been getting cookie cakes from great American cookie co my entire life, but this location is the absolute BEST! The cakes always turn out beautifully! You can tell that the manager and staff really take pride in their work and actually care about making the cookies look great for their customers special occasions. My family members that live out of town specifically ask me to pick up their cakes from this location because they know it’s great. Thank you for helping me continue my birthday tradition of 30+ years. Never change!

Very fresh & clean store! Smells like cookies obviously when you enter in. Staff are super nice and willing to help. They offer a variety of cookies (red velvet, cookies & cream, sprinkles) and cakes for birthdays. I recommend visiting today!

Wonderful location, employees were very kind and the store was super clean! We ordered this cake in the morning online and picked it up that afternoon. They did an excellent job on it and it looked even better than the stock photo they had online! Thank you all!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! I was excited to go to the new location and me and my kids were very impressed! The staff were amazing, the environment was fantastic, and super clean! The cookies were perfectly baked! We will definitely be coming back!

I honestly don't understand how there are 4 star anything reviews on this. I mean, the staff was nice, but there really weren't many different cookie types available and all 4 cookies we got were still practically raw. There is under cooked and then there is just plain not cooked properly. Very disappointing.

Was excited when they moved from the mall to west side of Morristown! However, that excited went away quickly when we found out they mo longer have fountain drinks for the young kids any longer. They are only carrying caffeine drinks, and white milk! If you want to dine in as we did in the mall, bring your own drinks for the kids! I understand that they are not busy, however, the staff were attached to their phones. No longer the same experience we had at the mall location! 😐☹️

Should be able to to order fully until close but your not so I unfortunately didn't get anything because what I wanted there was none I was told very disappointed cause was looking forward to them as so was my mother ?
