I usually use this Hardee's for breakfast and sometimes lunch. The atmosphere in this restaurant is less than welcoming and if you use the drive-thru it takes forever and on numerous occasions my food has not been right. It may be something as simple as being short-staffed but if you're going to have people working for you you need to make sure that they have good customer work ethics. The only good thing about Hardee's is the Hardee's food is always pretty...
The service is excellent at this Hardee’s-fast, efficient and very friendly. The food comes out hot and fresh every time. Plus this place is really clean, which I always appreciate.
I had 2 country ham biscuits with extra ham last week, and they were really good. The biscuits were buttery and baked with a brown crust, and the ham was hot, and cooked right. I usually enjoy their biscuits, but these we were especially good! I usually go there 3+ times a week, it is always clean, and the staff is always pleasant.
