I just came as a pregnant woman, I searched endlessly for the perfect breakfast burrito and since Taco Bell quit making them, I’ve tried everywhere.. too expensive.. barely any food.. very bland.. the Hardee’s breakfast burrito was the one thing I wanted to try today since I have not known them to sell them before. 100/10! From the woman in the drive through line being so kind to the food being hot and fresh and HUGE I may add, I am stuffed and VERY happy I finally can stop looking endlessly for OKAY food and I finally got to try this breakfast item! Service was amazing and food matched it too! Hardee’s is always a number 1 in Morristown!! I will be back as many days as I can before work now!

I really like the tacos at the red burrito. In fact. I like the whole hardees menu. But I went to one in knoxville for tacos two weeks ago and they are out of beef. Instead of telling me, they bring me chicken tacos and tell me as they bring to my table. Now my kids and husband got theirs so I wasn't going to go through a while fuss of crediting back my payment and yadda yadda (especially since it took so long to begin with). So I deal. Today I visits the one approx an hour away and AGAIN NO BEEF. WHAT? Where's the beef? Yup. Now I am going to Wendy's. If it is not due to an issue with their beef vendor, then it is bad management. In fact even if it is a problem with the vendor, still bad management in the way they have coached team to inform the public (or don't and instead assume I would want chicken instead). Unreal.

This Hardees is just a joke our Starburgers whas raw take it back took 20 minutes 2 get another one nobody even cared we stood and nobody even asked if they could help they dont have 2 worry about us 2 many places 2 eat 2 have 2 put up with that. MANAGMENT is what they need

We eat breakfast here almost daily. They have the most kind and generous employees I have encountered. They help handicapped people in every way. The food is delicious from homemade biscuits and gravy to their sandwiches. We know the employees names and they know ours. How anyone could rate this restaurant poorly is unbelievable in my mind.

We had a coupon for the new A1 Thickburger . What a joke !!! It was cold, small . and nothing like as pictured .I will never pay $6.00 for a wimpy burger again !!! Save your money and go elsewhere. Also don't try to contact the restaurant because their voice mail is not set up yet !!!LOL

The drive thru is a JOKE, and not the kind that makes you laugh. They still have the Red Burrito stuff, but NO menu inside, so after eating food that was delivered to my table I decided to use the Drive-Thru to get what I'd actually gone there that day to buy; but when I placed my order she wanted to charge me DOUBLE the price on the Drive Thru Menu, and then had the audacity to blame it on the New Register! ...I drove away. Went right down the street to Taco Bell. And I "hate" Taco Bell. But I was in the MOOD for Mexican food. So...

It was awful didn't get any pico on our burritos they was long an sloppy with barely anything in it along with the chicken bowl witch looked nasty an only cheese an rice in it they had no soda at all horrible experience got my money back an wont ever go there again....
The one on Buffalo trail is good. And the staff was very nice to replace our order Dandridge messed up on
