every single time i come here and the black lady is working the window it’s a bad experience. the food is halfway decent but she always has a damn attitude. she never says have a good day or responds to your thank you’s she just throws the stuff at you and slams the door back. today i went through she handed my food and i sat it down and turned back around to find her just staring at me; she asked very rudely what were the drinks? well if you were doing your job correctly i believe you would know what i ordered. she acts this way every single time. reading other reviews i’m sure everybody’s talking about the same lady working drive thru, it’s ridiculous she is still employed here. if you don’t like your job or hell even your life do something different. learn some manners, and learn how to be kind. it’s not hard.

I almost never eat Hardee's, and have never been to this place before, but after tonight, I will never be back.
Food was all wrong and cold, drinks were like colored water.
As someone who has worked fast food before for years, whoever worked tonight's shift needs chewed out or let go.

Ordered cheeseburger plain, small fries and med. Diet Coke at drive-thru today at 2:30 pm. Fries were hot and good. Pulled over 3 minutes down the road to eat burger with my hot fries. The cheeseburger wrapping was ice cold! Burger meat was ice cold and so hard I couldn’t even get a bite out of it. 😠 I did call back and report this to the manager. I decline to drive back and get another sandwich from them. No thanks!

My kid pooped in their pants cause their bathroom had a lock code on it while we were eating inside. I took my burger to the staff 3 times cause it was wrong and they still didn’t fix it.
