I love IHop. Been going for years, many years lol. I've gone by myself, with my kids and now have taken my grandkids. Foods always great. Staff is always friendly. Place clean. What else can you ask for?

Elizabeth took such good care of us... all 17 of us! Multiple checks, every order was accurate, extremely professional service with a friendly attitude. Best experience in a restaurant in a long time.

My granddaughter and I went to IHOP in Morristown because she was wanting their cinnamon pancakes and hash browns. I ordered the pot roast with mashed potatoes & broccoli & cheese. We sat for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to take our order & get drinks. Finally a server came over & was obviously mad about something. She said “sorry there was a mix up about tables”. So we ordered & she brought out drinks a few minutes later. When our order came out my granddaughters pancakes looks like someone had spilled the bottle of cinnamon on them, they were completely covered with cinnamon and she had a slice of cold cheese on top of her cold hash browns. Why, I don’t know. My whole meal was cold , even the plate. When I told the server she said she didn’t know why, that it just come up. She also asked me how I wanted the cheese on the broccoli, like a slice or what. This was after she gave me my food. I told her forget the cheese and to just microwave the food a little. The roast beef literally looked like someone had opened a packet of Caesar wet dog food and put it on my plate. It was total mush and tasted as bad as it looked. The potatoes were dry and the broccoli wasn’t good without cheese. She them brought my granddaughter another order of hash browns because the first order had a slice of cheese on top, which I’d say was probably supposed to go to another customer. Our server seemed absolutely miserable. We never got any drink refills and my granddaughter said she saw our server with her coat on and a drink in her hand leaving the restaurant. We asked another server for a to go box for my granddaughter and when she brought it back she smelled like a dirty ashtray.. I get people smoke but at least wash your hands or try to wait until it’s slow to go smoke. Needless to say we will not be going back there. I did not want to go to begin with because I knew this IHOP didn’t do much business and the food was not good the other time I went. Our meal was almost $40 for pancakes that my granddaughter only ate the center out of and cold hash brown. I couldn’t eat my food it was so bad. And almost $4 for 1 glass of tea is ridiculous.

Super fast service and great food. Unfortunately menu prices have increased drastically. It's no longer casual dining.

The tables were a little crowded together and the syrup was stuck to the table. But the food was correct and good.

My family just stopped past this IHOP, because we love their pancakes, and have had great luck with them before. I'm not quite sure what's up with this particular franchise, but it's definitely not up to par. The fellow at the front desk was pretty obviously not really interested in the customers, and the whole restaurant was absolutely filthy. The table we were seated at had not been cleaned at all, and was covered in syrup and crumbs. The floor was filthy, and the seats were also covered in crumbs and spills. After waiting for about ten minutes for someone to come past and take our order, we just got up and left. Very odd and atypical experience for us at an IHOP!

Here at 6 AM, supposed opening time, still locked, no lights. Terrible way to run a "breakfast" restaurant.
