We have been so disappointed the last two times we got pizza from here.. and we have always loved Jets pizza. The last time the toppings were incorrect, but we figured it was a fluke. But this time, instead of marinara sauce on the pizza, it had BBQ sauce. It was really bad. To make matters worse we drive 40 minutes round trip to pick it up, so it wasn't feasible to take it back. Looks like we might need to find a new pizza place.
Dude idk what this lady’s problem is, but I walked in stood for a moment waiting for someone to come to the front so after waiting for a second I went to use the bathroom and this lady that worked there watched me go in and lingered outside the door for whatever reason I guess she thought I was there to do some sort of crime but yeah I came out and then she walks to the front.

Ordered a super square and cheese on bread. Got delivered a Eugene supreme and a side order of mozo sticks. These guys don’t even know what turbo crust is. Got a refund, but jet man ain’t happy.

My order took 1:20 to show up, 20 mins late. The pizza was completely cold. They forgot my side of ranch which I paid for. I waited on hold with the store for over 30 mins to try and get help but they never answered. Called three times. Worst service I’ve ever had from any Jets. Terribly disappointing after a 12 hour day at work.

I love their deep dish crusty crunchy crust on their 8 corner pizza! Yummy!
The pizza is absolutely amazing. The honey barbecue boneless wings. Just thinking about them make my mouth ask for more. Just stop by and try it. I guarantee it you'll go back for more.

I ordered online the order was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes. Gave them an extra 10 minutes before arriving, I paid for the pizza and still had to wait another 30 minutes no explanation or anything as why pizza was not done promptly . One hour for two pizzas is not acceptable. Paid $40+ “not even an apology”

They need more employees. I sat at the pick up window ( preordered food on line) at least 15 min before I was even noticed! When I was noticed they didn't realize I was there. The employee did apologize after I told her how long I was at the window. Service at this location has gone downhill not sure I will order takeout again. Sorry not sorry !😡
