I waited in the drive-thru so long I could've gone home & fried the chicken myself! Other than overcooked biscuits, the food was pretty good once I finally got it but good grief! The guy in front of me waited just as long then after the kid at the window FINALLY handed him his little bag the poor guy had to wait several more minutes (at least 4) for the kid to simply hand him his drink! All I can say is at least they gave me what I ordered this time & the food was good.

This location will be completely slow nobody in drive through or in the lobby and will still try to give you old and I mean OLD chicken that taste like it’s been cooked days ago 🤦♀️ oh and have the nerve to charge 15 🤣nah let me get my money back I’ll go get fresh food at Bamboo Garden for that price

This KFC has really went downhill and the manager is very rude.. my chicken breast was hard to chew. I have never had chicken like that before and I took it back up there, and the manager came in, looked at it and said we can't do anything about it because you have already ate more than half and I said no, I have not. I said that was a very small breast and on the right side of it there wasn't hardly any meat right there so she snatched it hatefully and threw it in the trashcan like she was pissed off. She wouldn't even bring me a new piece she made the cashier do it. Needless to say I won't be here again.

We order from this location alot and have had a few minor problems but nothing major tonight though I placed a ordered on the app for pickup for our family dinner and my dad went to pick it my dad gets there and they say they don't have the order. He goes back and forth with them for several minutes and comes to find out they gave our order to someone else! They didn't offer to replace the order they gave away my dad had to insist that they give us the food we paid for definitely not a great experience. The food was decent but the whole mix up made it less pleasant.
