The food was hot and tasted good. The employees are great and are efficient. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and neat. The only down side, is the music they play. It's too loud and it doesn't contribute to the experience, in fact it detracts greatly.

The people working there are very nice and accurate with my orders. Update.....3 out of the last 4 times I have gone have been very bad. Old chicken.....crispy so hard that I couldn't eat it. I went 2 days ago and the food made the whole house sick. Service gets a 2 because I asked for fresh chicken. Probably won't go back.

I have to say the girl at the drive-through window was very nice. However, it drives me nuts when I stop somewhere an hour before they’re due to close and I cannot get the food that I want. They are out of pot pies at just after 9 o’clock on a Friday night.

I think the prices are high. The 12 piece was after 50$ Food was good but the price everywhere is out rageous.

Asked for a boneless bucket got home to find they had given us a family bucket so chicken on the bone ! My granddaughter has Autism and fraked at the feel and texture of it . They offered to r3plqce if I took the food back but I said I couldn't so wad told nothing I can do then ! Really unhelpful and quite snarky ! Will not go there again will go elsewhere !

This was an absolute nightmare. Ordered $75 worth of food online. Had a house full of hungry people looking forward to eating chicken. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was no food. I was told they thought maybe someone else came in and picked it up. They said there was nothing they could do. No offer to remake the order, just a suggestion that I could call your 800 number. Which I did. Also, no help there either. Maybe somebody will get in touch with me via email in the coming days. So no food and now you have $75 of my hard earned dollars that I might get back in the future. Worst example of customer service I have ever experienced. Happily took myself to Hardee's and picked up some of their chicken. Won't do KFC again, maybe ever. Someone better be in touch about my $75.
