I'm rating the food based on other Krystal restaurants. Everything was fresh. But the place looks like you could by a used human liver out of the back door. It's probably the most run down place in town. But they pass code. Says 97 on the health inspection. When the lady treated me at the menu board, she started off with it's only 2 of us in here so it's going to take some time. Haha.

This place never gets my order right ever time I ask for plain with cheese and bacon they put pickles and mustard on them. It wouldn’t be that big of a problem but I hate mustard and you can’t scrape it off. I will not be going back they need to learn how to do their job.

Stopped to grab my partner 6 cheese Krystals, and it came out to $13. I get that cheese costs extra, but $13 for just the burgers—no fries or drink—is ridiculous. Krystal’s was already more of an occasional treat, but with prices like this, we probably won’t be back because like damn….

I went through the drive-thru to get to pulled pork sliders. They were both delicious the girl at the window who waited on me was very nice and courteous parking lot looked clean.

Went thru the drive-thru, so I don't know how the place is kept inside. The lady that helped us was very nice and professional. Of course, I had to wait due to the order was 24 cheese Krystals. It was not that long, and I do not mind waiting a little bit for hot fresh food. I go there everytime I go to Morristown. They freeze well, so they last a good while for us.

I thought it was fantastical. And thanks be to Allah. But 4 of us went therefor a meal .. 3 got die-a-reee. Also, ... fast food restaurants should not be allowed on trip advisor. It just wastes everybody's time when searching for a "restaurant".

It was your standard Krystal experience. Nothing stood out for or against it. The food was what you would expect, and the service was efficient. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I feel like even though the economy prices have increased, I am paying a lot more for less. $20+ dollars for a few Krystals & fries. Even with the Pick 5 it's still about $10 for 5 item

Stopped tonight 12/14/24. Got sack of 12 cheeseburgers and a drink. Burgers were cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Then just over 26 dollars for my order. I know they don’t control sales tax but 2 dollars each for those tiny little burgers would be 24 dollars and 4 dollars for a drink. It’s simply not worth that much. Save yourself the trouble and go to a sit down restaurant and eat a real meal. It’s going to be about the same price but you will have an actual meal. I’m not ever paying that much for those little things ever again. Even though I love them they simply aren’t worth the cost. I can buy a box of White Castle burgers in the grocery store for less.
