I feel like even though the economy prices have increased, I am paying a lot more for less. $20+ dollars for a few Krystals & fries. Even with the Pick 5 it's still about $10 for 5 item

Trooper 2121

Stopped tonight 12/14/24. Got sack of 12 cheeseburgers and a drink. Burgers were cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Then just over 26 dollars for my order. I know they don’t control sales tax but 2 dollars each for those tiny little burgers would be 24 dollars and 4 dollars for a drink. It’s simply not worth that much. Save yourself the trouble and go to a sit down restaurant and eat a real meal. It’s going to be about the same price but you will have an actual meal. I’m not ever paying that much for those little things ever again. Even though I love them they simply aren’t worth the cost. I can buy a box of White Castle burgers in the grocery store for less.

Completely unprofessional and rude. The customer service was very unacceptable and rude, the woman at the window didn’t care. I normally don’t single people out, but she also refused to use my card saying it was invalid. Okay things like that happen, asked her if she tried to enter it in manually, she said yes but lied because I watched her at the window. Still, okay, so I used some cash I keep on me, however, Weird considering I went to Arbys after and it worked. Oh well despite that just don’t lie, that’s really the only part that bothered me added with the lack of customer service she provided. Anyways the Food was cold, the cheese on my Krystal’s was very cold as well. I just threw my bag in the trash and got a Dr Pepper for $12.14 pretty much. Went to Arby’s across the street and was treated better. Btw this was on a Sunday around 1pm

We went through the drive thru and ordered the 12 krystal burger pack. As we pulled up to the drive through we were met with the worker just saying “krystals” in a tone as in they did not wanna be there and did not care about customer satisfaction. We pulled up to the window and the worker at the time was very rude slamming the window etc. Once pulled around after getting the food all burgers were pink and had no cheese on them like requested. We went back around to get it fixed and once again rude service. And the window slammed shut while in the middle of talking. However i would rate this krystals a 0 for satisfaction and atmosphere if i could. Very rude workers and should have something done about it.

They apparently don’t do walk up orders anymore. We come here all the time and have not once been told that. It was too younger guys too lazy to do there job let’s be honest . Didn’t even bother acknowledging us but they were outside themselves. Laziness at its finest ?

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Was told a manager to “drop my attitude” because I was having trouble speaking from having oral surgery then was told to leave. Refused to give me managers name and number.
