Went there and placed the order inside to go got outside of my truck realized I had the wrong order. I started eatingdidn't get inside was busy, so I went to the driveway. They took my food back through the window that was already eaten. You would think they haven't enough training to know. That's a health code violation, but the manager did it anyways, please.

Went here on Monday (Labor Day) and it was smokey inside and I felt so bad for the workers inside. I talked to one of the ladies and she said they have been working in these conditions for a while. As a business owner myself I try to treat my employees with respect and this is ridiculous that they have to work in these conditions. It was hotter inside than it was outside and all they had was a little house fan. Whoever owns this needs to treat their employees better.
It's a great place for takeout orders wish they had places to sit and eat

We went to the one on the west end and the woman at the window was a total blank!! The board outside said a price for 12 Krystal's she told us it was $10 more than what it said when we mentioned it she was rude and made the comment "well I didn't put the sign out there so it's not my problem" very rude and oger charging we won't be back
Food was the best I have had from krystals in a long time and the customer service was excellent.

Ordered a sack full of Krystal today 10 March 24. Ended up throwing them away was still frozen. Went across the street to the Asian place. Haven't eaten Krystals in a long time. The cheese wasn't even melted. I wished I took photos before getting rid of them.
