It’s a lovely establishment, can’t deny that. However I’ve been here plenty of times by myself an sent my family members as well, and the one thing that I can say is customer service wise, it needs work. Mostly teenagers work there majority of the time, so I can understand it can be overwhelming, but one thing I can’t tolerate is when I’m spending my money in your establishment you should always feel welcomed and never looked at rudely or make a face that you have to do your job. Customer service has a big role, in a business and the food can be great and the place can be beautiful, however making a friendly environment always keeps people coming back. I’ll be going back again an seen how things have changed.

Absolutely loved my bionico. I’ve followed this place on social media for over a year. I was so excited when work brought me in to town. The food and atmosphere are off the charts. The service was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you. I’ll be back soon!

So many selections to choose from. They have something for everyone. Not just ice cream, but snacks too. The decor is so cute with butterflies everywhere. It's one of my favorite places

I recommend Freses en Crema(Strawberries in cream) they have options available including adding ice cream, nutella, etc. Their churros are good, warm and perfect with lechera (sweetened condensed milk) on top. Aguas frescas are tasty and refreshing, my personal favorite being horchata. (rice and cinnamon drink). When they're busy, your order will take a bit to be finished, and not all items are done at the same time. They are given individually as soon as they are done. Overall, it was a good visit.

Use to love going to this place when owners were there but now that they work at their other location, the employees are rude especially the girl with red orangy hair. Wait time is crazy and why call ahead to place an order when they tell you it will be after all the people in the store has got there order and then they will work on the call ahead order. They always forget t he nacho cheese on the loco elote even after you tell them and the wait is very long . They mixed up my orders a few times and the girl that has braces always makes a face when we are taking out time looking at the menu .
