Stopped in on a whim on 02/01. Owner was a delight!!Wife got Fried Fish and I had the Pot Roast.....WOWBoth were AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!THis is definetly my go to spot in Morristown!!!

Wonderful locally owned bar. Owner and staff were absolutely excellent. Don't see many bars in the Morristown area that has hard alcohol. When we relocate there this will definitely be one of our main spots.

Finding authentic soul food can be extremely hard, but thanks to The Loc (Light of the City) that task became a whole lot easier to overcome. I stopped by one night to see what the Loc was and I was welcomed by the most friendly family ever who welcomed me in, and told me all about the wonderful history of how they came to be. I then proceeded to take my family there to try out their food, and that was the best thing I’ve ever done. This place offers delicious souls food. The Soul food tastes better than you could imagine. You can tell the owners pour their soul into what they do. We had the Philly cheesesteak, Green Cornbread, chicken wings, and the fried mushrooms. Saying this place is the best thing to happen to Morristown would be an understatement. This place is absolutely one of my most favorite restaurants I’ve ever ate at, and I look forward to trying more of their devine food! They also offer a fully stocked bar! I would give 10/10 stars if I could! The owners should be proud of the quality restaurant they have opened.

I had lunch it's was excellent I recommend everyone stops I.Parking: It will all work out if everyone parked accordingKid-friendliness: There We're children there and you can see they do discipline there children his mother was working but she made sure everything was excellent.Wheelchair accessibility: I recently broke my leg I'm still on a cane someone meet me at the door helped me in went above and beyond to see I was confortable.
