Little Caesars Pizza

Terrible service ..Pizza cold employees rude . I would recommend to go for states over before you go buy pizza there. I wouldn’t go there and get a free pizza if they were giving them out… I’ll order two hot and ready. They told me 10 to 15 minutes by 20 minutes went by. I got the manager finally got my pizza after 45 minutes after seeing everybody else get theirs as soon as they walk through the door I would give them a -2 stars, but it makes me give them a one star

The cashier up front took my money for 2 HOT-READY they told me 15-20 min waiting time while they were passing out everyone who walked in the store their hot n ready so I approached the cashier and asked since she passing everyone their pizzas where was mine .35 mins later I talked to a manager and 10 mins later finally got my items and they were cold and very nasty tasting when I got home 2 mins down the road. The cashier was very rude being it was her mistake . I would recommend to go to another little Caesars four states over before I went there again.

Hot N ready?? Just make sure you have an hour to just sit and wait. I guess the pizza will be fresh this way

i waited 45 minutes just to be told they havent even stsrted my pizza puffs they had a 16 year old that had no ideal what he was doing was very rude

I called in an order at 9:45they told me it would take 20 minutes but I showed up right at 10 knowing thats when they close and they wouldn't let me buy the pizza even though it was sitting right on the counter i was told they were shutting the registers down so they couldnt ring it up even though the two groups infront of me got there pizza and paid for it while i was waiting to pay for mine! Terrible customer service and that attitude and smug look i got were just the cherry on top! I wish i could give them a negative star thats what they deserve

They advertise Hot and Ready pizza yet I’ve tried stopping there 8 different times to grab a pizza for lunch and they never have pizzas ready even though they know they will be busy. Don’t advertise it if you aren’t going to provide it.

Did an online order for a 12:45 pick up time, placed order at 11:30. Store started making the order at 12:44. Several people had been there over thirty minutes after ordering. In short service definitely lacked

There is no hot and ready any more. it took us 15 minutes to pick up an order of bread sticks and a pepperoni pizza. we called in before we got there because it's like this everyime we go

Usually great service and fresh food at this location, No IDEA WHAT has happened since my last visit but today's crew was slacking and apparently the first day on the job. Asked for a pretzel crust extra most bestest, cashier and manager had no idea how to make that happen, asked for just a pretzel crust pepperoni with extra pepperoni, no clue how to customize a simple order so the manager says she will just have them put extra on it, (Definitely did not). I ask the cashier to add two cheese jalapeno cups to my order and let her know there were none on the counter dispensers, she still insisted on checking the entire counter before proceeding to look under the counter to tell me they were out. Meanwhile the whole brand new unopened box is sitting right behind her, I ask if I can have two from the box? "I don't have a knife to open the box" then proceeds to ask one of the guys from the back to come cut open the box, he comes and pulls the tape off the side of the box, without a knife. I couldn't help but shake my head.. yet still after I paid for and awaiting my food to be completed, rather than actually stock the empty sauces or be prepared for any kind of lunch rush. Straight on her phone and BS'ing with the back of house crew..
