Salad bar is great. Restaurant is always clean. Wait staff is always friendly. Parking can be tricky on really busy days. We love the cream of mushroom soup and the Mexican chicken noodle soup

Wife and I made the drive from knoxville as we heard such great things. Well I got the club sandwich and it was good just not great. I prefer my bread toasted and this was not. Not sure if that's how they serve it or if the cook just decided not to. My wife got the salad bar and was fairly impressed. She loved the chicken and rice soup. Service was just OK. Not bad but OK. Server never told us her name but was nice. Place was nice and rustic. And we got a senior discount. Will we go back? Maybe if we're in the area but won't drive just to go there

I want to love this place but I have never felt like it was a positive visit.

Call there several times for take out order get put on hold they never come back to phone to get my order poor management

The best salad bar in this area!! I can visit Little Dutch and eat off the salad and soup bar and be happy! All the items are fresh and kept crisp and chilled.

Ordered 2 steak sandwiches to go. Poor cut of meat..grisly and no other items ( no tomatoes, lettuce ) fries were cold and obviously not fresh. No condiments. We went back to let them know and there was no effort to even give us the correct order.

The salad bar is good, but the rest was very subpar. Steak had no flavor, never got any refills on drinks...in fact after taking our order, never seen her again.

We stopped in here and had a very nice lunch. I had a club sandwich and my wife had a Reuben sandwich. Both sandwiches were very good. Service was very good. We enjoyed the memorabilia on the walls and antique furniture displays. On our table we had a copy of a letter from someone who had their first formal dinner at the restaurant in their teens. They wrote the letter on the 50th anniversary of that first dinner. What a neat touch. We didn't snoop around but it looks like every table may have a different letter displayed. It was a fun unexpected touch.
