Went through the drive thru tonight and got the family fish shrimp and chicken feast half fish and half chicken. When I got home and opened the box I only had 4 pieces of fish and shrimp. I tried to call back several times and never got an answer. Pretty annoying that I paid $50, waited on my food and still didn’t end up with my correct order.

I’m not one to usually complain about my food but I was very upset with the portion of chicken I got. I ordered a 2 piece chicken box and the two pieces of chicken were very small for the price I paid. They were also so dry that I had to swollen each bite with a drink. Everything else food wise was great. And the guy taking the order was very professional!!

Usually not one to complain, but was pretty upset after this visit! Ordered the fish taco meal(no vinegar but want the sauce). A side of crumbs. Did not get my crumbs and nothing was on my taco but cabbage! I call just to tell them and I am speaking to the manager (they claimed)! But in the background, I hear someone telling them what to say.. He then proceeds to tell me that he knows the sauce is on it , he put it on the taco! He describes to me it’s an orange sauce. I informed him I knew that and I order them pretty often. He still keeps telling me it is on there. I ask did they want me to take a picture?! I had to drive all the way back and let them see it or get nothing. I wasn’t driving 20 minutes back. Here is the pic though, of the PLAIN fish and cabbage tacos I ate! Also said I must bring in a receipt and I did not have one.. Do better!

Had to park and wait no big deal. When we received our food Cole slaw and sauces and no receipt in the bag. Went back thru the drive thru to ask for them. Girl there says” there’s no way I forgot all that” to which I try to give the bag back. What I assume was a manager came and took care of it. Get home and 1 utensil and 2 napkins. For 32 dollars I expect more. First and last time there in a while. Captain D’s will get our business from now on.

Went through the drive thru and didn't get half of the food I ordered, there food is terrible now. It's the first time I have eaten there in a while and everything has changed, the chicken strips are like oversized nuggets and the fish is half the size it is every where else and it was over cooked and they now have waffle fries that were overcooked as well. I ate at the LJS/A&W in Newport Tennessee and it was great and the food was same size and quality as always. The LJS at college square in Morristown Tennessee is not worth stopping at anymore. I tried to call and talk to a manager and no one would answer the phone. I won't be back to this location.
