Everything time I come here the work mess up my order every time and they are very rude. I came in this time and the guy at the counter acts like he could not pay attention. He did the same thing to the lady behind him It was very simple orders a double quarter pounder with cheese Mac sauce only. I get my food and it has just about everything in the kitchen on it. I kindly tell them that this is not what I ordered he takes it back and I hear the manager asking him if he’s sure over and over like this isn’t the first time this has happened. When I do get my correct order the burger meat is falling about and it’s covered in grease. I do not recommend eating here. All they do is make your order up and give you attitude.

As far as McDonald's go, this location does a decent job, and has provided a consistent experience on each visit. The only area of improvement is speed of service, as it usually moves rather slow including the drive-thru.. check it out for yourself and see what you think.

Went here with my sibling to get a coffee and they took our payment, then told us the machine was broken and they couldn’t do coffee, and asked if we could substitute it for something else. We didn’t want a substitute and asked for a refund, and the manager today I didn’t get his name but he was tall and bald and rude as he asked us MULTIPLE times after we already said we needed a refund, if we wanted the refund or not. Eventually he rolled his eyes, asking all pissed and said he would need the card to refund it. Took him 10 minutes to process the refund, and he glared at us as he handed back the card. This is the second McDonald’s in this town that’s given such lackluster and horrific service, with absolutely terrible managerial staff and window workers who didn’t know what they were supposed to be doing either. A disappointment all around, I don’t recommend them at all. Stay away from the McDonald’s on buffalo trail bc all you’ll get there is sass and a waste of your time.

Second time in a row I’ve come here and they’ve left out the utensils. I cannot eat biscuit and gravy without a fork and my work does not keep utensils on hand. Employees are nice but extremely forgetful.
I ordered a DoorDash for here and it took 1HOUR for McDonald’s to make and give me food out. My drink was watered down and my food was cold. Disgusting.

Another McDonalds visit that sucked! I ordered on the app and they still messed up my order. Burger, no mustard, extra pickle - came with no pickle and mustard. My nuggets were missing the dipping sauce and the fries were so undercooked I threw them away. Another fail, I'm done trying here. ✌️ out mcDon's 😡
