Today when I ate lunch at this restaurant, I was charged $1.59 for a small water. In the past, I was given a small water for free. I don't think that a small water is worth $1.59 and I'm going to boycott this restaurant. I'll start eating at Hardee's. They give water to their customers for free.

Worst experience and place to order food from. Service here is always slow. Orders always wrong. They pull every car forward just to clear timers. Avoid this one if you want your food the right way and better service.

After ordering a breakfast meal, waiting an extended amount of time, and finally have a quick bite before rushing around on several errands....I was dismayed to find I had no silverware. Parked and went in to ask for some thinking it was an oversight. Nope. Was informed they didn't have any at all. Told them it would have been nice to know before ordering a platter. Would have taken 2 seconds to inform me and i could have switched up my order. How do they expect me to eat it???
Sad to say this is just the straw that broke the camels back. Every time I'm here it's awful service, rude and dissociated employees, excessive waits, and missing or wrong food. At this point we will not be returning. Seems to be a reoccurring theme according to the other reviews as well. Corp should definitely look into this location.

Ordered a strawberry smoothie and told to pull around the corner to wait. 20 minutes later and still no strawberry banana smoothie? We go inside and they ‘didn’t know we ordered’? Same excuse every time covering the screw ups these workers make every time. Thank the lord they are closing down because it’s a waste of space being here.

If i could give zero stars i would. I don’t even make reviews, but this mcdonald’s actually just sucks. i have been multiple times and almost every time it is a guarantee 20-30 minute wait. If you’re on a time limit, definitely DONT go there. it’s just ridiculous and the workers are rude. just don’t go there lmfao

For being open 24 hours it’s a joke. 9/10 times I stop by after work and they can’t take me order. And if I do manage to get my order taken I have to wait 20-30 minutes. I’ve watched 9 cars behind me leave before I get like 4 items. Might as well just close.

Notoriously sends your car to the front and then forgets you where there, or it takes 30 minutes for them to remember to bring you your food, that likely disappeared. Resulting in another 10-15 min wait. This has happened back to back to back 5x in a row. The establishment is in shambles and McDonald’s shareholders would not be impressed if they were ever in our position to order McDonald’s through a drive through here. Do better
