I have been to good McDonald's and bad ones. This is one of the worst as it concerns the length of time between ordering and eating.
I once used the app to order and was left in the lot for a half hour until I went in to complain. Turns out they had no ice cream so rather than tell me, they just voided the order and left us out there.
I came back today to see if things had changed. I ordered at 3:55pm and they brought the food out to the spot they told me to park in at 4:25. Do not go here if you can help it.
ordered a sundae and asked for xtra hot fudge and they gave me a half full cup with no fudge

Hamburger was dried out like it had been there a while. No salt on the fries. Kiosk ordering station didn’t print on the receipt paper. Soda machines were not carbonating correctly. I don’t order any ice cream but from what I overheard, the strawberry flavor was disfunctional. Other than that, it was wonderful

Very simply asked for PLAIN mcdoubles, with only cheese. It was rang up as such and they STILL came out anything but plain. One was covered in only onions and the other overflowing with mayo and onions

bad service drive thru was not even busy around 4 pm but still pulled me over to the parking . i am missing a McChicken sandwich i asked for 9 ranch for my kids 20 pc chicken nugget on my receipt it says 3 ranch but i got none in the bag my kids likes there fries FRESH but we got all our fries soggy and cold not ever a little bit hot . !!!! we asked for big macs employee says no patty for the big macs so all i can order is #2 quarter pounder so i asked for one #2 meal and one sandwich by itself and here i get it both sandwich PLAIN ?!!! what kind of mcdonalds am i ordering at if i get my foods wrong ?? yall really need a team work

The best drink here in my opinion is the Iced Carmel Coffee with extra carmel or Large Iced Carmel Machiatto! They taste delicious! Food is fresh and yummy. Besides the McDonald's in Church Hill, they also make great coffee. So, I think those two are the best and I'd definitely recommend going.
Vegetarian options: You can order any sandwich without meat. So, that tasty Big Mac sauce is yummy on a veggie bun too!
Kid-friendliness: What kid wouldn't love chicken nuggets & fries?

This place is extremely awful. Waste my gas to go everytime and their system is always down not accepting orders. I think they do it on purpose. When the system is working, they can't get an order right even if you tell them 4 times.

Placed a app order. No one in the drive through line and 2 people dining in, I was still parked for 2 biscuits and hashbrowns. If the drive thru cannot function, remove it. 20 seconds in the drive thru and 20 minutes parked. Three trips out to ask me what I had. They parked every single car behind me and mixed up every order. Got tried of waiting and debating how they "put my order in wrong" and was given the closest order. Might have been the worst McDonald's trip ever.

Went through driveway got the five dollar meal leaving found out. I didn’t have any sauce for the nuggets and my fries were cold. Went back in got the sauce and fries and as of leaving, tried them and they were still cold. A big shout out to the young man who has worked all day who was clocked out and ran outside and offered to make fresh ones. He is awesome and a great positivity for our future.
