The food was fresh and hit the spot during the 18 hour road trip. The team there seemed to be understaffed as the trash was very full and it took 2 to 3 times as long as normal to get the large order together. That was fine for us since that made it fresh.

Absolutely awful experience. The worker was rude to us when we asked for the cups for our drinks that she did not include with our order at the counter (which was thrown into a bag, although we were eating in). As if it was OUR fault she forgot to give them to us. The tables were dirty, there was hardly any lettuce on my chicken deluxe, the ketchup was watered down, and the chicken tasted as if they had frozen leftover chicken that wasn't sold the night before and dropped it in the fryer for my order. Do yourself a favor and visit the Subway or the Bojangles nearby.

This place is ridiculous. Now if you order chicken nuggets you get charged for any sauces. You don't even get at least one with your meal. Way to go McDonald's for ripping people off and being money hungry. Y'all suck.
The Chapman highway mcdonalds is amazing if the cashier understands how to work the app. If not it backs the line up or they say sorry can't get it to work. I go to mcdonalds probably 3 or 4x a week I have a 9 year old who loves the chicken strips. If we get them and don have to wait on fries or drinks which Is often.
