Tried to grab a bite to eat with my family and I heard a manager yelling about saying stuff to her face. I don’t know who she was talking to or the full verbiage. But it definitely struck us bad. It looked like there were only high schoolers in the building. My husband thought she was trying to pick a fight with the high schoolers. The manager had red hair that was pulled up. I’ve been to this location before and had not so pleasant interactions with her and another blonde manager before. They are both very rude. They pull you up and forget about you. I’ve seen them grab chicken nuggets without gloves and serve them to people. I’ve also seen them drop food back into the fryer when asked for food fresh. Last time I was in I asked for her to remake my fries because they were ice cold and she huffed and rolled her eyes at me. Super unprofessional in my opinion. Management should do better. I will not be coming back until this place has better management and service.

I ordered a McDouble meal deal and used rewards to get a McChicken. Oddly enough i'm rushed through the drive thru, constantly interrupted when trying to explain what I wanted and wasn't able to ask for JUST cheese and ketchup on my mcdouble due to being interrupted. For some reason got upcharged for a large drink (it comes with a small) when I never asked for it and the cup is filled completely with ice, meaning I paid extra for something I didn't ask for AND is equivalent to what I would have originally got. If you hate your job that much dont work there.

There was a hair in my food and my friend who used to work there said there were rats and they never cleaned the drink machines. I only believe what I see and I saw rude workers and a hair in my food.

After paying at the drive through, I pulled up to the pick up window. It has mirrored glass, so you can't see inside.

It took 4 minutes to get my hash brown and bagel/bacon/egg,&cheese. And I didn't get it until after I rooted my horn, and the door opened immediately.

Neither the bagel or hash brown was warm to the touch.

Still good for a quick bite, not so much cheap anymore and quality has gone down over time. Understaffed and overworked, so worker interaction is short and sometimes a bit impolite

Lady working the drive through was extremely rude and was rushing my mother to get our orders out and before she could finish saying the order the lady would say “what else” and the orders were wrong we had 4 mcchickens 2 heavy mayo light lettuce which had barley and mayo and lettuce and 2 heavy lettuce and they had barley any lettuce and mayo also.

This location is the worst. They served me a burnt bagel so I complained. This time they served me a untoasted bagel. Threw the food away and walked out. I think they spat on my food

Brandee is a hard worker puts a lot of time and devotion in her job. That’s what makes the place truly better even how far down they went hopefully things change for the better though thank you, Brandee for the best customer service making McDonald’s something I would go back to.

I planned to grab some food and work on my laptop. This McDonalds has removed any way to charge a laptop at a booth. Way to go Mcd, I’ll find another fast food restaurant with better food and wants to serve the customer.
