7 pm visit and it looked like since they opened anything that hit the floor got kicked under the equipment, No one wearing gloves, manager cursing at the staff in front of guests and the food was cold. Whole visit wasn't great!

New building the same old terrible customer service and food, they didn't even have menus and they expect you to put in your own order on kiosk I don't have time to push buttons and look for food on their menu when I'm in a rush that's why I come to a fast food restaurant to get out of there quickly

That store needs to be shut down staff is hateful takes for ever get waited on staff always hanging out on drive through window place has really fell apart in last few months

every single time we come here it is something. the employees are extremely rude leave you waiting at the speaker window for as long as they feel like the food is wrong cold or old it is one of the only two fast food places open on this side of town by west end industrial park where many people work like myself and come here on my timed lunch to have my time wasted get it together lord

The lady at the till was super sweet, but the lady handing out the food didn’t even look at me as she stuck my drink out the window, and then was too busy talking to coworkers as she handed me my food. She only addressed me when I told her to have a nice day. The chicken patty was raw on the inside-I couldn’t even eat it. Disgusting.

My order is never right. There was a hair in my food and didn’t realize it until 3 bites in. The lady screams at you through the drive thru and when you tell her what you want she screams what like it’s not food you just asked for. Most of the time people don’t even speak and a smile? Yeah you can forget about that.

My biggest main complaint is using a code, ordering a mocha frappe with expresso then get told either they can't make frappes at the moment or they're cleaning the expresso machine at 4 in the evening . Why not clean them at closing or opening time instead of peak hours. I'm just tired of trying, that was the only reason I was going there to begin with was the frappe, treating myself after a hard days work. Anyways, oh well I guess.

This is my new favorite mcdonalds. The staff was awesome yesterday and even though there was a slight mixup in car order at the drive through, they communicated that to the team and they made it look easy.

Better double check your order, and if they tell you to pull up and park they'll bring it to you, they forget about you, cold half filled fry box as well

Tried to grab a bite to eat with my family and I heard a manager yelling about saying stuff to her face. I don’t know who she was talking to or the full verbiage. But it definitely struck us bad. It looked like there were only high schoolers in the building. My husband thought she was trying to pick a fight with the high schoolers. The manager had red hair that was pulled up. I’ve been to this location before and had not so pleasant interactions with her and another blonde manager before. They are both very rude. They pull you up and forget about you. I’ve seen them grab chicken nuggets without gloves and serve them to people. I’ve also seen them drop food back into the fryer when asked for food fresh. Last time I was in I asked for her to remake my fries because they were ice cold and she huffed and rolled her eyes at me. Super unprofessional in my opinion. Management should do better. I will not be coming back until this place has better management and service.
