Louisiana sirloin! Just dropped by and enjoyed a meal. May have been the best service and food in a decade. Sarah P was absolutely amazing!!!!

Food was good. Not as crowded as most other restaurants in the area. They have 1 IPA, Lagunitas.

Always a good place for your family to eat! Delicious food and great service.

The food was great, but Daniel our server was fantastic! Extremely prompt and courteous even after we managed to dump a pint of tea on the floor. Lots of local information, and was very quick with drink refills and additional sauces. I would hire him in a minute for my Pubs in Gatlinburg. I hope the management appreciates his hospitality.

the burgers were absolute crap, however our waitress, i believe Sarah P?, was phenomenal, super nice. all in all, definitely not worth $40 dollars.

London was a such a great waitress. She made great suggestions and service was top notch.

I ordered shrimp scampi. tasted like they opened a can of Petit tomatoes and added red pepper flakes on top. terrible!! Had to ask for rolls

We were at Morristown location recently.We were impressed with the professional attentive quality of Reggie.She checked on us,made sure our food was right& was generally nice.We didn't see that happening around us.Thank you so much.The food was good..

$84.84 for 3 people to eat is ridiculous, especially since I had to send my 6 oz steak back because it was not done. Then I couldn't even eat it because it was bland,, there was NO flavor.. My sons BBQ ribs tasted gross. Like maybe they was old BBQ sauce on them.. Then when we get the ticket there was almost $8.00 added to the ticket because we each chose a salad as a side item. Was not informed there would be an up charge for literally a bowl of lettuce and a slice of tomato. We was wondering why the parking lot was so empty now we know. O'charleys do better. Will not be back
