The food was amazing and the staff was super nice. I had my three kids with me and we had a great time. At no point did we feel like a burden for having younger folks in the restaurant.
We loved the Louisiana steak. Service was fast and friendly even with a group of 16. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a low score is, that it was so warm. After I asked about the temp the management turned on the overhead fans but the evening sun already had the room hot.
The food was great, but Daniel our server was fantastic! Extremely prompt and courteous even after we managed to dump a pint of tea on the floor. Lots of local information, and was very quick with drink refills and additional sauces. I would hire him in a minute for my Pubs in Gatlinburg. I hope the management appreciates his hospitality.
