Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Great food and service. Fully recommended!

We had to wait almost an hour. The waiter said the order had not been placed. Then he came back and blamed it on the chicken parmesan taking too long. Everyone around us he served was eating and a couple of them were paying their bill! No compensation was offered. I'm am veteran sake about a discount. No discount is only offered on Veterans Day. No Senior discount! It was the First and Last time I will eat at Olive Garden Garden!!

The service was excellent—our waitresses were attentive and kept our drinks, soup, salad, and breadsticks coming without us having to ask. The only downside was that we visited on Father’s Day, and unfortunately, my father-in-law was the last to receive his meal when the rest of us were nearly finished eating. We were a party of seven.

Spot on. Had all you can eat soup and salad, and hubby had Tour of Italy. Our server. RAYMOND was great.

It was pleasant and very old school Italian themed and the house wine is absolutely wonderful. Our server Jameson was extremely nice and helpful and very good at his job. I have absolutely nothing to remotely complain about and a terrific dining experience for my mother and father in laws 58th

The worst service we ever had, our waiter was more worried about getting his tip from the elderly couple next to us than he was anything else. Didn’t stop for refills on our drinks. My husbands main dish came out before our salad and breadsticks and the food was cold.

Just like every other Olive garden :p staff are friendly and professional. Good food

Phone order process is far inferior to most other food establishments. Steer clear if you possibly can!

4 people waiting when I arrived ten minutes late for my “ready time.” One had been waiting for an hour and 25 minutes, not sure about the others. My food finally made it to the counter 25 minutes LATE and ten minutes after I was finally able to flag down the cashier.
The manager/kitchen manager was oblivious. The cashier at take out was obviously in over her head - both were ricocheting in and out of the kitchen and looking furiously busy but never saying anything to the people waiting in front of them unless we blurted out our names during one of their frequent zip trips into the pick up area.
“Uncaring” and “unable” are my impression. Maybe sit down service is better, but it’ll be a looong time before I recommend their take out process…
